Just when you thought it was safe.....

1975: The film Jaws, directed by Steven Spielberg, was released in the United States. It became a cultural phenomenon, widely regarded as the first summer blockbuster, and significantly influenced the film industry and popular culture.

We used to watch this movie every summer in while in the pool. We would put the tv to the window so we could see and put the sound all the way up. Someone would play the role of "jaws" and randomly attack us as we watched.

Made it a really interactive movie.

Too bad we never tried it with 3d glasses.

What is your favorite Jaw movie?

I pretty much like the Originals of any series , Jaws included. You never get the same vibe from next chapter movies, they always change the vibe or these days everything is woke.

If jaws was remade today, Jaws would be played by a Dolphin Safe Tuna that identifies as an Octopussy.
