Trama - Plot

La historia sigue desde el acontecimiento anterior, con la familia Sully intentando recomponerse de su pérdida. Mientras tanto, una nueva batalla los acecha con una tribu Na'vi bastante conflictiva nacida de las cenizas, con una líder muy peligrosa llamada Varang. Las cosas se complican cuando Spider casi muere y Kiri hizo su magia con él haciendo que le sea posible respirar el aire de Pandora. Ahora las fuerzas armadas lo buscan para estudiarlo poniendo en peligro a la raza de los Na'vi, y el coronel Miles sigue queriendo venganza contra Jake Sully. Además, la matanza contra los Tulkun se hace cada vez más violenta para obtener su botín tan codiciado. Es momento de tomar decisiones y unirse para defender sus territorios.

The story picks up where the previous event left off, with the Sully family trying to recover from their loss. Meanwhile, a new battle looms with a rather conflictive Na'vi tribe born from the ashes, led by a very dangerous leader named Varang. Things get complicated when Spider nearly dies and Kiri uses her magic on him, enabling him to breathe Pandora's air. Now the military is looking for him to study him, endangering the Na'vi race, and Colonel Miles still wants revenge against Jake Sully. In addition, the slaughter of the Tulkun is becoming increasingly violent in order to obtain their coveted booty. It's time to make decisions and unite to defend their territories.

Otra entrega que tuve la oportunidad de ver en el cine y fue una grata experiencia. La verdad es que la disfruté bastante, y a pesar de que escuché y leí opiniones diversas, a mí me gustó mucho. Esas más de 3 horas que dura la película se me pasaron volando, tuvo momentos muy cómicos y otros emotivos. Además de las escenas de acción que la caracterizan. Para mí sigue conservando su magia, es una película con una trama que engancha y que en ningún momento se siente pesada a pesar de su larga duración. Lo dice alguien a quien a veces le molesta que las películas duren más de 2 horas, imaginen más de 3. Pero casi ni se sienten o yo estaba muy compenetrada con lo que estaba viendo.

Another installment that I had the opportunity to see at the cinema, and it was a pleasant experience. The truth is that I enjoyed it quite a bit, and despite hearing and reading different opinions, I liked it a lot. The more than three hours that the film lasts flew by for me; it had some very funny moments and others that were emotional. In addition to the action scenes that characterize it. For me, it still retains its magic. It's a film with a gripping plot that never feels heavy despite its long running time. This is coming from someone who sometimes gets annoyed when films last more than two hours, let alone more than three. But you hardly notice the length, or perhaps I was just really engrossed in what I was watching.

Me gustó que continuará desde donde se quedó y nos mostrarán parte del proceso del duelo, eso lo hace más cercano y aunque se pudo haber sentido un poco lenta esa primera parte, aportó sentimientos a la trama. Luego, con la incorporación del nuevo clan Na'vi, el de las cenizas, las cosas tomaron más impulso y se volvió más emocionante. Adoro las escenas de batallas, acción y persecución, aunque también me tensan porque en el fondo no quiero que pase nada malo jaja.

I liked that it picked up where it left off and showed us part of the grieving process, which made it more relatable. Although the first part felt a little slow, it added emotion to the plot. Then, with the addition of the new Na'vi clan, the Ash People, things picked up speed and became more exciting. I love the battle, action, and chase scenes, although they also make me nervous because deep down I don't want anything bad to happen, haha.

Varang me pareció una digna villana en un principio, pero me desilusionó un poco que se dejara manipular y dar órdenes tan fácil, con semejante poder yo me hubiera hecho más la loca y me revelaría contra los humanos, quién se creen que son ah. Y también me decepcionó esa escena final huyendo como rata. Está claro que seguirá siendo una amenaza para la próxima entrega. Esa se la tiene jurada a Neytiri.

At first, I thought Varang was a worthy villain, but I was a little disappointed that she let herself be manipulated and gave orders so easily. With such power, I would have gone crazy and rebelled against humans. Who do they think they are? I was also disappointed by that final scene where she ran away like a rat. It's clear that she will continue to be a threat in the next installment. She has it in for Neytiri.

Hablando de Neytiri, su personaje siempre me gustó y aunque estuvo un poco insoportable al principio, se entiende que es parte de su dolor, lo bueno es que se recompuso y volvió a ser ese personaje que muestra coraje y fuerza por igual. Sigue siendo mi personaje favorito si me lo preguntan. Aunque el protagonismo esta vez creo que lo tuvo Kiri, pudo explorar más sus poderes y conocer la otra parte de su historia. Me encantó su desarrollo. Incluso hasta la pequeña Tuk se lució.

Speaking of Neytiri, I always liked her character, and although she was a little unbearable at first, you understand that it's part of her pain. The good thing is that she pulled herself together and went back to being that character who shows both courage and strength. She's still my favorite character, if you ask me. Although I think Kiri stole the show this time around, she was able to explore her powers more and learn about the other side of her story. I loved her development. Even little Tuk shone.

Creo que cada personaje tuvo su momento para brillar en lo suyo y eso es lo interesante y el desafío en un proyecto que tiene tantos personajes fuertes e importantes para la trama. La batalla final fue muy épica, a mí me gustó, la disfruté aunque también la pasé pésimo. Me dieron mucha tristeza las pérdidas, pero bueno, entiendo que sean necesarias para avanzar en la trama. No tengo muchas quejas al respecto porque ya les digo que me encantó. Quizá alguien más crítico tenga otra opinión, pero la mía es esta. Me emocioné en varias partes, me reí y sufrí, así que excelente servicio. Era lo que esperaba. Visualmente también sigue siendo una maravilla y de nuevo tuvimos la presencia de Toruk Makto. Aunque no fue tan épico como la primera vez.

I think each character had their moment to shine, and that's what's interesting and challenging about a project with so many strong characters who are important to the plot. The final battle was very epic. I liked it and enjoyed it, even though I also had a terrible time. I was very saddened by the losses, but I understand that they were necessary to move the plot forward. I don't have many complaints about it because, as I said, I loved it. Perhaps someone more critical might have a different opinion, but that's mine. I was moved in several parts, I laughed and I suffered, so excellent service. It was what I expected. Visually, it's still wonderful, and once again we had the presence of Toruk Makto. Although it wasn't as epic as the first time.

En fin, es una película para disfrutar con tiempo por su duración, pero que a mi entender vale la pena ver. Así que se las recomiendo. Ojalá que no se tarden tanto para la próxima entrega, es una saga que me gusta bastante y que siempre espero ansiosa.

In short, it's a film to be enjoyed at leisure due to its length, but in my opinion it's well worth watching. So I recommend it. I hope they don't take so long with the next installment, as it's a series I really like and always look forward to.
