I think it's to make him look older. Back then he was young; in fact, by now Tom is a senior citizen and they'd still have to put that same suit on him to make him look old because he still looks so young hahaha 😅😅

Interesting take, but I have to disagree 😜 He doesn't look young, they just make him look young and because he's playing in action movies, it gives you the feeling that he's still a superhero. I think he's going to play in these movies even at 80, as he's the worst ego maniac 😀
