Well stay tuned for this review of a Japanese anime movie called Belle that tells the story of Suzu a high school girl who faces reality in a peculiar way in a virtual world.

Well, to be totally honest, anime has never caught my attention, in fact, it was something that was never on my list of tastes. And it's just that they are so loud and a bit over the top, that watching anime either boggles my mind or makes me sick to my stomach. But that doesn't mean I haven't watched anime, in fact, I've seen the complete Bakugan, Dino Rey, Avatar the legend of Aang, Your name, among others. but as I mentioned anime is not something that is on my favorite or main tastes. But when I saw a small review in the Instagram reels of this movie Belle, well I was immediately hooked, it was as if this movie caught me completely, and it made me very curious to see it, since the plot is something that I myself identify with, a shy girl who has suffered traumas and in the virtual world is someone different and expresses herself without fear.

Pues quédate leyendo esta reseña de una película de anime japones llamada Belle que nos cuenta la historia de Suzu una chica de secundaria que se enfrenta a la realidad de una manera peculiar en un mundo virtual.

Bueno para ser totalmente honesto, el anime nunca me ha llamado la atención, de hecho, era algo que nunca estaba en mis listas de gustos. Y es que son tan ruidosos y un poco exagerados, que ver anime me aturde o me empalaga. Pero eso no significa que no haya visto anime, de hecho, he visto Bakugan completa, Dino Rey, Avatar la leyenda de Aang, Your name, entre otras. pero como mencione el anime no es algo que está en mis gustos favoritos o principales. Pero cuando vi una pequeña reseña en los reels de Instagram de esta película Belle, pues inmediatamente me enganche, fue como si esta película me atrapara por completo, y me dio mucha curiosidad de verla, ya que la trama es algo con lo que yo mismo me identifico, una chica tímida que ha sufrido traumas y que en el mundo virtual es alguien diferente y se expresa sin miedo.

I can say that I have not been so excited about a movie and its soundtrack since Batman Dark Knight or Interstellar, the soundtracks of those movies are iconic, well to this list of soundtracks also added the soundtrack of this movie Belle, if you watch the movie and listen to where each song sounds you will also get hooked to the soundtrack, and no matter if it is in Japanese or English you listen to the songs, in any language you still feel the message.

Pero luego de ver esta increíble historia, que transcurre de manera muy natural y todos los personajes están muy bien desarrollados, lo que más me llamo la atención de toda la película fue la banda sonora. Puedo decir que no había estado tan emocionado por una película y su banda sonora desde Batman Dark Knight o Interestelar, que las bandas sonoras de esas películas son icónicas, pues a esta lista de bandas sonoras tambien agregó la de esta película Belle, si ves la película y escuchas donde suena cada canción te engancharas tambien a la banda sonora, y no importa si es en japones o ingle que escuches las canciones, en cualquier idioma igual sientes el mensaje.

But the whole plot takes a wonderful turn when the beast appears, a user who does not follow the rules and because he is mysterious everyone wants to catch him to reveal his identity, there is even a kind of U police that is behind the beast. El argumento de Belle abarca la vida de una chica llamada Suzu Naito, una chica común y corriente que vive en un pueblo rural de Japón. Ella es una chica que ha sufrido bastante como la perdida tan trágica de su madre de la cual estaba muy unida y que la apoyaba a escribir sus canciones, pero al morir Suzu pierde esa chispa y queda muy profundamente marcada y hace que sea una chica tímida y que se encierre en sí misma. Pero un día conoce la red social de estilo metaverso llamada U, y siguiendo la sugerencia de Hiro su mejor amiga, Suzu inicia sesión en el popular mundo virtual de U y crea un avatar con pecas al que llama Bell. Y cuando entra por primera vez a este mundo virtual comienza a cantar y aunque es criticada en un principio luego es seguida masivamente hasta alcanzar más de 2 mil millones de seguidores y se vuelve famosa, aunque en la vida real sigue siendo muy tímida. Pero toda la trama hace un giro bastante maravilloso cuando aparece la bestia, un usuario que no sigue las reglas y que como es misterioso todos quieren atraparlo para develar su identidad, incluso hay una especie de policía de U que esta detrás de la bestia. ¿Pero que pasara entre Bell y la bestia y como lograra Suzu vencer su timidez? The first thing you can notice in the movie is its incredible range of colors and special effects, for example, when Suzu enters U for the first time you can see how there is a drastic change in how Suzu perceives things, since in U everyone can be whatever they want and restart their life, that is why it is a place that seems magical and that is very well portrayed in the film. In addition, the animation effects that try to recreate a virtual world in the metaverse style are also incredible, the personalization of each character haha worth the redundancy is wonderful. Another thing that you can notice and that was very good is how they try to integrate the classic Disney story of beauty and the beast, but with a touch of anime and a totally emotional backstory, as the scars that the beast has are emotional wounds from both physical and emotional abuse.

Lo primero que puedes notar en la película es su increíble gama de colores y efectos especiales, por ejemplo, cuando Suzu entra por primera vez a U se ve como hay un cambio drástico en como Suzu percibe las cosas, ya que en U todos puedes ser lo que quieran y reiniciar su vida, por eso es que es un lugar que parece mágico y eso queda muy bien retratado en la película. Además, los efectos de animación que tratando recrear un mundo virtual al estilo del metaverso tambien son increíbles, la personalización de cada personaje jaja valga la redundancia es maravillosa. Otra cosa que puedes notar y que quedo muy bien es como tratan de integrar la clásica historia de Disney la bella y la bestia, pero con un toque de anime y una historia de fondo totalmente emotiva, ya que las cicatrices que tiene la bestia son heridas emocionales por maltrato tanto físico como emocional.

¿Ahora en qué sentido me pude identificar con la película? pue cuando eres adolescente o niño y sufres bullying en la escuela, pues es otea marca de por vida. Ya que como era gordo y de baja estatura todos se burlaban de mí, y eso hizo que me alejara mucho de las personas y que fuera muy tímido en cuanto a las relaciones persónale, cosa que me sigue afectando en cuanto a la comunicación. Y que al igual que Suzu estar en el mundo virtual ya sean las redes sociales tradicionales o Hive, es como un escape para mi dónde me puedo expresar como nunca lo haría en la vida real.
