Bob ❤ Abishola ||| CineTV Contest #34

It gladdens my heart to see this week's CineTV contest Prompt as I was already planning on reviewing my favorite comedy series, so it just like perfect timing for me.

I don't do comedy series that much but when I see one that is very relatable to me, I stick by and enjoy myself, as we all need a movie that can make us laugh from time to time.

My Favorite Comedy TV show is ' Bob Heart Abishola'

Bob heart Abishalo, styled as Bob ❤ Abishola is a sitcom American TV Comedy series created by Eddie Gorodetsky, Chuck Lorre, and Al Higgins.

Started showing in 2019 till present, the scene started in the hospital when Bob was been rushed to the hospital after having a mild heart attack. His love life takes a sudden turn when he looked up from his hospital bed and pumps into Abishola, a Nigerian descend nurse.

Abishola who was separated from her first husband due to her former husband needing to relocate back to Nigeria left Abishola and his son behind when Abishola insisted on staying behind.

The series explores how love developed between Bob and Abishola, her family and friends' support, and the intriguing relationship between their two families.

Why Have I chosen this as my favorite?

First of all, as a Nigerian, these series explore some of the very interesting Nigerian family culture, respect, mora,l and the importance of keeping our families together.

I finally see an American series that tell a true Nigerian family story.

Bob's character is very fun and likable, the way he deals with Abishola high headedness is fun to watch.

This is one character you will like to keep eye on. Barry Shabaka Henley as Babatunde Olatunji portrays a funny dude with lots of wisdom to learn from, I always look forward to him and his wife. Don't just take my word for it, those two are a hell of a treat.

Their acting is more real than exaggerated if you want to have a laugh and still learn while at it this show should be on your watch list.

It is an ideal show to watch together with families. My mom just came to visit us and her role in my life is very much related to Abishola and her mom, I have let her join me in watching it together for the past two weeks. It is much fun this way and a great way to have a nice time with her.

Also as a business person, I can relate to Bob's struggle in managing his family business, is not just comedy but there are lessons to be learned in each episode.

Final Words, this show is highly recommended for a meaningful fun time and I will rate the overall performance 8.5/10.
