RE: [Movie] Life of Pi – A Beautiful Story About Hope, Faith and survival

It's an amazing movie. I enjoyed it much when I watched it for the first time. One of the things I liked best was that Pi never lost hope and that Richard Parker kept him alive unintentionally. If Pi fell asleep, the tiger might eat him.

Another thing that surprised me was the carnivorous island; at night, that was where the real danger lay.

I think everyone thought that the tiger was going to wait for Pi after all those events that they lived together, but in the end Richard never saw Pi as a friend.
