Llega una nueva película sobre la vida de un cantante, este tipo de filmes se han estado poniendo de moda últimamente y lo increíble es que todas las películas han resultado ser autenticas joyas del cine, y ahora le toca el turno a Elvis, una película que nos relata la historia de su vida de principio a fin y hay es donde viene un pequeño problema, la película busca de abarcar demasiadas cosas al mismo tiempo, y no termina por tomar un camino, con esto no quiero decir que sea mala ni mucho menos de hecho es buenísima, pero tiene ese gran problema haciendo que la película se torne lenta y pesada en su mayoría.

Here comes a new movie about the life of a singer, this kind of films have been becoming fashionable lately and the amazing thing is that all films have turned out to be authentic gems of cinema, and now it's the turn of Elvis, a film that tells the story of his life from beginning to end and here is where comes a little problem, the film tries to cover too many things at the same time, and does not end up taking a path, with this I do not mean that it is bad or much less in fact it is very good, but it has that big problem making the film becomes slow and heavy for the most part.

Anterior a esta película tuvimos Rocketman una pelicula que uso las canciones del mismo artista para contar su historia y que el mismo fuera su propio narrador lo cual aporto dinamismo a la pelicula en este caso el narrador es el infame representante de Elvis el coronel el cual casi que destruyo su vida por completo, esto lo hace interesante por momentos pero en otros se vuelve extraño, como dije es una pelicula buena pero puedo ser mejor si hubieran utilizado otro discurso narrativo distinto.

Before this movie we had Rocketman a movie that used the songs of the same artist to tell his story and that he himself was his own narrator which brought dynamism to the movie in this case the narrator is the infamous representative of Elvis the colonel which almost destroyed his life completely, this makes it interesting at times but at others it becomes strange, as I said it is a good movie but it could be better if they had used another different narrative discourse.

En conclusión es una pelicula que hubiera resultado mejor como una mini serie, tengan por seguro que muchos de los actores van a granar muchos premios, recomiendo verla pero bajo la expectativa de que no es mejor que Rocketman.

In conclusion it is a movie that would have been better as a mini series, be sure that many of the actors will win many awards, I recommend watching it but under the expectation that it is not better than Rocketman.
