Abordar enfermedades, trastornos o complicaciones médicas en cualquier género de película puede ser delicado y más si quieren mostrar el lado oscuro del mismo apegándose realmente a cómo se puede sentir y ver, pero creo que en el film que les hablaré hoy hicieron un buen trabajo.
Addressing diseases, disorders or medical complications in any genre of film can be tricky and even more so if they want to show the dark side of it by really sticking to how it can feel and look, but I think in the film I'll talk to you about today they did a good job.

🎬 Lo bueno y lo malo | The good and the bad
| Lo que me gusta es que tiene un tono realista, y es que aún hay ignorancia en estos tiempos sobre la depresión posparto y cómo puede manifestarse y verse en las madres. Muchos desestiman esta complicación o trastorno luego del embarazo, pero bueno, la ignorancia es selectiva. Pero por otro lado las actuaciones estuvieron muy bien. | What I like is that it has a realistic tone, and there is still ignorance these days about postpartum depression and how it can manifest and be seen in mothers. Many dismiss this complication or disorder after pregnancy, but well, ignorance is selective. But on the other hand, the performances were very good. |

| Tal vez pudo haber sido mayor el impacto visual y desarrollar un poco más a los personajes, pero no voy a negar que sí logró transmitir el mensaje y es que la depresión postparto puede hacerse incluso perder el sentido de la realidad y si no cuentas con alguien a tu alrededor que se dé cuenta de esto y ayude a solucionarlo, las consecuencias pueden ser devastadoras. | Perhaps the visual impact could have been greater and the characters could have been developed a little more, but I won't deny that it did manage to convey the message that postpartum depression can even make you lose your sense of reality and if you don't have someone around you who realizes this and helps to solve it, the consequences can be devastating. |

| Para mí fue una película anticonceptiva jajajaj, y es que ser madre es un trabajo tan difícil y durante el film el bebé llora y llora y llora y nmms ya estaba perdiendo la paciencia jajaja, pero algo que noté es que ella estaba perdiendo la cabeza y nadie notaba lo que le estaba pasando, sólo le decían que era normal que el bebé llorara (porque obvio lo es), pero no fue sino hasta la última consulta que el doctor notó este desapego y que ella sentía que realmente su bebé la estaba castigando. | For me it was a contraceptive movie hahahahahah, and being a mother is such a hard job and during the film the baby cries and cries and cries and nmms I was already losing my patience hahahahahahah, but something I noticed is that she was losing her mind and no one noticed what was happening to her, they just told her that it was normal for the baby to cry (because obviously it is), but it wasn't until the last consultation that the doctor noticed this detachment and that she felt that really her baby was punishing her. |
| Y su esposo hasta lo último porque nunca estaba en casa y esa noche pues ella cedió ante la presión, por lo que ya era bastante notable lo que pasaba. Y sin más nada que agregar puedo decir que sí me gustó la película y que pueden darle una oportunidad. | And her husband to the last because he was never at home and that night she gave in to the pressure, so it was already quite noticeable what was going on. Me parece genial que se empiecen a hablar de estas problemáticas tan presentes. La gente subestima mucho esto de la depresión postparto, no soy madre, así que no puedo hablar por mí, pero sí lo pude ver en otras mujeres y las consecuencias si no se tratan pueden durar años. Es como cualquier enfermedad mental.
Me pareció un film interesante y me gustaría verlo. Gracias por compartir.
