[ESP-ING] "Willow" una dulce historia de valentía

No sé si muchos han logrado ver el nuevo tráiler de una nueva serie basada en una película de 1988 llamada "Willow", y ya sabemos que las producciones actuales son basadas en en lo mismo de hace 20 años pero con más presupuesto y efectos, por lo que quise darle un vistazo a la original y ver qué tal.
I don't know if many have managed to see the new trailer of a new series based on a 1988 movie called "Willow", and we already know that current productions are based on the same thing from 20 years ago but with more budget and effects, so I wanted to take a look at the original and see how it was.

🎬 Sinopsis
| La malvada Reina Bavmorda encarcela a cada mujer embarazada de su reino temerosa de que una de ellas pudiera dar a luz a la niña de la profecía que acabaría con su reino de terror. Su objetivo era capturar al bebé, y realizar un ritual para exiliar su alma al inframundo. Pero antes de que esto pudiera pasar la madre convence a la partera para que la salve y la esconda, por lo que antes de ser devorada por perros salvajes logra dejarla en un río para luego ser encontrada por unos Nelwins (aldea de enanos). | The evil Queen Bavmorda imprisoned every pregnant woman in her kingdom fearing that one of them might give birth to the child of the prophecy that would end her reign of terror. Her goal was to capture the baby, and perform a ritual to exile its soul to the underworld. But before this could happen the mother convinces the midwife to save her and hide her, so before being devoured by wild dogs she manages to leave her in a river to be found by some Nelwins (village of dwarves). |

🎬 Desarrollo | Development
| Al ser encontrada por Willow (aspirante a hechicero), y su familia a la orilla del río, este estaba en contra de acogerla ya que su situación no era muy buena, pero su esposa e hijos no querían dejarla ir, así que la tuvieron en su casa por poco tiempo ya que su aldea se vió afectado por un perro salvaje quién estaba en busca de la misma, por lo que tuvieron que presentarla al consejo y acordar dejarla en la frontera con los Daikini (humanos). | When she was found by Willow (aspiring sorcerer), and his family on the river bank, he was against taking her in as her situation was not very good, but his wife and children did not want to let her go, so they kept her in their home for a short time as their village was affected by a wild dog who was in search of her, so they had to present her to the council and agree to leave her on the border with the Daikini (humans). |

| La reina envío a su hija Sorsha y al líder de su ejército en busca de la niña. En la travesía de Willow y sus compañeros se topan con Madmardigan (Val Kilmer), condenado y encerrado en una jaula, deciden dejar a la niña con el pero más adelante Willow y su mejor amigo deciden quedarse un poco más y se encuentran nuevamente con la niña en manos de duendecillos quienes los atan y les permiten encontrarse con la reina del bosque quién les hace saber que la niña lo había elegido como protector y tenía que salvarla. | The queen sends her daughter Sorsha and the leader of her army in search of the girl. On the journey Willow and her companions come across Madmardigan (Val Kilmer), condemned and locked in a cage, they decide to leave the girl with him but later Willow and her best friend decide to stay a little longer and find the girl again in the hands of goblins who tie them up and allow them to meet the queen of the forest who lets them know that the girl had chosen him as her protector and that he had to save her. |

🎬 Lo bueno y lo malo | The good and the bad
| Creo que una película no debería de durar tanto, a menos que la trama realmente lo requiera y aún así puede tornarse demasiado lenta y aburrida, son muy pocos los casos en que esto resulta para bien, y este film no es uno de ellos a mi parecer. 2 hrs me pareció demasiado para esta historia, por lo que ya al final me daba igual jajajaj. | I think a movie shouldn't last that long, unless the plot really requires it and even then it can become too slow and boring, there are very few cases in which this works out for the best, and this film is not one of them in my opinion. 2 hrs seemed too long for this story, so by the end I didn't care, hahahahahah. |

| Fue una película entretenida y tierna (por los niños), los efectos estuvieron bien para la época, y las actuaciones también estuvieron bien por parte de cada uno, lo único es que la relación de la hija de la reina con Val Kilmer se dió en cuestión de segundos y ya ella era buena jajaja, aunque bueno, se puede pasar un poco porque. | It was an entertaining and tender movie (because of the children), the effects were good for the time, and the performances were also good by everyone, the only thing is that the relationship of the queen's daughter with Val Kilmer was given in a matter of seconds and she was already good hahaha, although well, you can pass a little because. |

| Tuve mi final feliz con todo arreglado y la reina muerta pero si les soy sincera no sé porqué harán una serie de esta, es como la continuación pero para mí sería totalmente innecesaria y no es una historia que tenga mucho sobre lo cuál trabajar, pero quién sabe y resulte ganando hasta premios jajaja. | I had my happy ending with everything fixed and the queen dead but if I'm honest I don't know why they will make a series of this one, it's like the continuation but for me it would be totally unnecessary and it's not a story that has much to work on, but who knows and it might even win awards hahaha. |

No recuerdo que esa película fuera tan larga, a mí me encanta y la disfruté mucho cuando la veía. Será porque me gusta. Con respecto, a la serie, habría que ver. Estaremos esperando. Saludos.
