Looking to the southeast at sunrise
Monday morning I was up at 5:30AM and started working on my post. I still wasn’t feeling so good and the cough was still there. Once the post was up I got some bills paid.
Then I sat down to rest a while and started planning the Christmas day brunch.

Middle pasture
The snow is nearly gone and the middle pasture just had frost on it. It started out a gloomy day but eventually the sun came out but it was still cold.
I got up and got the laundry finished but not folded or put away. I watched a Christmas movie and decided to finish wrapping the presents and put the mess away.
I got them wrapped and called my sister and she asked about my brother’s present. I had hid it because he appeared when I was doing it, and I’d forgotten all about it. Sigh… Fortunately I hadn’t put much away yet.

I’d put Tom’s family’s presents under the tree and they looked nice. Then I remembered I had to wrap Larry’s presents with catnip. So I quickly did that and put them away in my room where he can’t find them.

But I must have had the scent on my hands because those presents he could find were thoroughly inspected.
I had to bring in wood after that and I was too tired to clean the kitchen. That will have to be Tuesday. I just watched Christmas movies until bedtime.
On Tuesday I had a delivery of clean scatter rugs at 7:30AM, my helper friend arrives at 9:30AM, I have a kitchen to clean, and laundry to fold and put away.
My helper friend has chores and errands to run. I hope this cough goes away soon, it’s exhausting.
