That Emotional Movie

Hello friends If you're reading this I appreciate you for visiting my blog. It's a new week as we all know new editions of @hivelearners prompt are here. Good to participate in week 87, edition 1.

We watch movies in our free and boring times. And yeah I love watching movies and my favorite are high school movies and romantic movies. Really don't like horror movies because I didn't grow up with them.
There has been a great improvement on Nollywood which includes video quality, sound and story line. The current 2023 movies made by Nollywood are really dope and here's one I watched recently that made me emotional.
Me emotional for a Nigerian movie? Maybe I'm losing my superpower 😂.

The first reason I love the movie is because it was acted by my favorite actress Bimbo Ademoye. That lady acts so real in the movie. I also love the storyline and how it ended. The name of the movie is BIG LOVE. It's one of the recent movies produced this year. I even still have it on my phone to watch subsequent times when I am bored.

So here's a guy who is from a rich family. He is this kind of mummy boy that his mum decides what happens in the life of him and his brother.
When he was done with school, knowing that his parents could give him a job because they had the connection. He decided to enter the banking sector and search for a job himself.
Before they would give them a job, the bank hosted a training where all persons they were to employ would be trained for about a week.

There he met Bimbo. They were classmates from secondary school but not that close. When he saw her, he could recognise her face and looked for an opportunity for them to talk. They finally got to talk and became friends . They were put in the same group for presentation and that made them much closer and finally they fell in love.
After the training they were given letters of places of work, sadly they were posted to different states and that became a problem of long distance relationships.

The boy suggested he take a transfer to her state so they could stay together. Well she was a single mother but didn't want to tell him, she was afraid he would lose interest in her.
After the training was over, they went to their various states and were still communicating. At that time she didn't tell him she had a son.

One day, he decided to surprise her by visiting her without letting her know. When he got into the compound, he saw her playing with her son and he welcomed him well. They talked about it and he was ready to become the father of the baby.
It was really a tough time accepting to be in a relationship with him because she wouldn't want to let him into their life and later he leaves because she was a single mum and especially his mum wouldn't love the idea.

He asked her not to be scared and since the boy's father didn't accept the pregnancy he will tell his family that he is the father of the baby. Well bimbo didn't like the idea of lying to his family because one day they might truly find out. He insisted that there was no way his family would find out.
When his mother came to visit she loved her so much and even her child. She had been looking for a grandson and this looks like a prayer answered so she invited her over to the family for dinner.

She became family and started living with them. On the night of the birthday of the guy's mother, he proposed to her and on his knees, the father of the child appeared with that shock. She said yes.The real father was the brother to the bimbo fiance. It was really a family war. He told his mother that he lied because he knew that she wouldn't accept her if he had told the family she was a single mum.
After that night she left and went back to her house. He(fiance) kept coming to beg her. It was already complicated and over.

Well bimbo was beginning to miss him at that time he decided to give her the space she asked for. It was father's day at the child school and only him could attend. The little boy called him and begged him to attend. He wanted to fulfill his promise to him.
At the end of father's day at school. On his way out he saw a surprise of "Ask me to marry you again?". This time it was the girl asking. And he accepted and they united again.
