Espero que todos ustedes se encuentran muy bien, es un placer para mi estar compartiendo con ustedes una vez más mi opinión sobre una película , en esta ocasión les traigo una propuesta de una producción que la verdad desde siempre me ha gustado muchísimo, creo que en partes es porque admiro mucho a la protagonista, se trata de Otro Viernes de locos.
I hope you are all doing well. It is a pleasure for me to share my opinion on a film with you once again. This time, I bring you a recommendation for a production that I have always really liked. I think this is partly because I greatly admire the lead actress. The film is Freaky Friday.

Creo que antes de comenzar a hablar de esta película debemos ponernos un poco en contexto. si hablamos de un viernes de locos es la primera de esta saga, una película estrenada en el año 2003 de Walt Disney Pictures donde Anna y su mama por culpa de una galleta de la fortuna intercambian vidas, es decir Anna entra en el cuerpo de su madre y viceversa, allí deberán pasar un tiempo incierto y a su vez tratar de revertir ese hechizo.

Pues resulta que Anna ya es una mujer, productora musical y madre soltera, quiere decir que se encuentra en la difícil tarea de criar a su hija Harper quien está en plena adolescencia, pero cuenta con la ventaja de tener el apoyo de su mamá la Dra. Tess. Harper se encuentra atravesando los mismos problemas que su madre en la escuela, ya que una niña extranjera, específicamente británica, con mucho estilo para vestir la molesta; un día en un accidente ocurrido en una clase, llaman a los papás de las dos chicas, entonces allí Anna conoce al papá de Lily quien es viudo. Harper, in her mother's body, even tries to seduce her ex-boyfriend Jake. However, during the rehearsal dinner, when Jake arrives and the girls in Anna and Tess's bodies have a big fight, Eric decides to break off his engagement to Anna. Finally, Lily realizes that she was wrong and that her father and Anna were truly in love. Finally, during a concert where Anna had the privilege of singing with her friends, Eric arrives and they reconcile. The wedding takes place, but they don't move to London; instead, they decide to stay and live in Los Angeles.

Ahora bien, en cuento a mi opinión lo primero que debo decir es que la participación de Jamie Lee Curtis y Lindsay Lohan es impecable, se que Lindsay ha sido una actriz muy controversial por su adicción con las drogas pero me alegra mucho verla recuperada y de nuevo en la pantalla grande. No se puede negar que es una excelente actriz, por otra parte Jamie no se queda atrás, ella también es una actriz de primera y en esta película lo volvió a demostrar. Sin embargo, Julia Butters y Sophia Hammons en sus papeles de Harper y Lily también realizaron un excelente trabajo, se nota que la película contó con el apoyo necesario para ser llevada a cabo de manera exitosa.
Con respecto a la película, debo confesar con toda sinceridad que me gusto mucho más que la primera producción; la escena donde Harper en el cuerpo de Anna intenta seducir a su ex novio fue mi favorita, me rei demasiado, la disfrute muchísimo. Pero también estuvo llena de nostalgia y las escenas lograron transmitir esa nostalgia a tal punto de hacerme llorar, justo cuando se rompe el compromiso y cuando Anna vuelve al escenario y canta junto a su hija también fue muy emotivo.
Now, in my opinion, the first thing I have to say is that Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan's performances are impeccable. I know Lindsay has been a very controversial actress due to her drug addiction, but I'm very happy to see her recovered and back on the big screen. There is no denying that she is an excellent actress. Jamie is not far behind; she is also a first-rate actress and proved it once again in this film. However, Julia Butters and Sophia Hammons also did an excellent job in their roles as Harper and Lily. It is clear that the film had the necessary support to be carried out successfully.
Regarding the film, I must confess in all sincerity that I liked it much more than the first production. The scene where Harper, in Anna's body, tries to seduce her ex-boyfriend was my favorite. I laughed so much and enjoyed it immensely. But it was also full of nostalgia, and the scenes managed to convey that nostalgia to such an extent that it made me cry, just when the engagement is broken off and when Anna returns to the stage and sings with her daughter, it was also very emotional.

Algo que siempre busco en una película o en una serie es, ¿Qué me llevo? ¿Que me enseñó la película? creo que esta producción nos enseña a ver más allá de lo superficial, a ser empáticos y por un momento a colocarnos en los zapatos del otro. Bueno, de hecho la intención del cambio es poder convivir y entender a quienes rodean, cuando eso ocurre entonces cada una vuelve al cuerpo que le pertenece. Es una película muy bonita, con un gran mensaje para los adolescentes y público en general, así que la súper recomiendo.
Something I always look for in a movie or series is, what do I take away from it? What did the movie teach me? I think this production teaches us to see beyond the superficial, to be empathetic, and to put ourselves in someone else's shoes for a moment. Well, in fact, the intention of the change is to be able to coexist and understand those around us. When that happens, each person returns to the body that belongs to them. It's a very beautiful movie with a great message for teenagers and the general public, so I highly recommend it.

Hola! Tuve la oportunidad de ver la película días antes del estreno por que empecé a recibir spoilers en redes sociales JAJAJA pero valió completamente la pena, coincido contigo con la escena donde la hija decide coquetear a Jake 🤣. Excelente post!
