ACTORS AWARD CEREMONY IN NIGERIA

Recently, Nigeria hosted the popular African magic Awards where actors and actresses are recognized for their contribution to the industry by their fantastic acting in different movies. People including men and women from all over the country converge in Lagos to celebrate themselves by exploring African culture and fashion.

As you can see from the pictures posted here, the event is one that captures the fashionistic aspect of Nigeria as a whole. Just like the Met gala that happens abroad the amvca is a platform that brings actors together once a year.

During this event there are different categories of Awards to be given out based on their performance some of the categories I can remember includes best supporting actor, best supporting actress, best lead actor, best lead actress, best indigenous movie, best movie, best director, trail blazer, content creator and so many more.

Fashion in my country is one that is taking over because our fashion designers are no longer keeping it simple as they Explore and design to the best of their ability. These actors and actresses showcased their fashion in different senses to represent their country.

These pictures are part of my favorite collection for the event as we can see the fashion designers paid attention to details.

The dresses were beautiful, the actors and actresses were amazing and it brought about one Nigeria in every sense of the world. Somehow this award ceremony happens to be one of the platforms that does not segregate or is tribalistic in any way no matter what people tend to say.

Although one of the awards did not seem right to the person it was given to because someone else was more deserving than the other as people thought but it has happened already.
