MOVIE REVIEW : SEND HELP 2026

I watched the movie send help yesterday because it was a newly released movie that I would tag as a dark comedy thriller movie which was directed by Sam Raimi, starring Rachel McAdams and Dylan O'Brien. The movie was quite interesting this is why I'm going to rate it a 6/10 because it's hard a lot of unprecedented occurrencies of actions in the movie.

Simply put, the movie is about a lady who was hardworking and giving her all to the company she works for. But unfortunately just like in every company there is a staff who wants to take the shine and glory for other people's work. When the boss died who had promised to promote her to the level of vice president the son came in and decided to put someone else in that position which made has sad.

The lady expressed her the satisfaction over the decision to make someone else the vice president after all her hard work in the company but the president claimed that he needed someone that could relate and communicate properly with the other workers. However, he gave her the opportunity to join them in the plane to go to a conference since she was good with numbers.

On their way to the conference meeting the plane crashed and only two survivors which included the lady and the boss found themselves in a deserted island.

At first the lady had no intention to reciprocate the evil deeds the boss had done to her, but along the line she became obsessed with the island and wanted to leave their permanently which was against the guys wish.

In the end she did all her best to make sure that no one comes to rescue them but the boss found out and she killed him.

In conclusion i believe the way we deal with our workers goes a long way to show how they would react when things are not going to well. The lady was definitely a psychopath.
