MOVIE REVIEW : WAR MACHINE

I recently just watched the movie, war machine which was produced in 2026. The movie is a science fiction laced with action and was directed by Patrick Hughes. It is quite an interesting movie that was premiered in Australia.

The movie is about soldiers who are out on a mission and faces casualties as it is common in most movies. The story is about a soldier who lost his younger brother during an attack by Iranian invaders. The fatality was so bad that it killed everyone except for this particular soldier. Before this happened he and his brother had planned to join the Rangers.

Hence, as a means of surviving the tragic incident he vowed to join the army Rangers selection program as a means to feel at peace with his brother. The selection process was so tough that throughout the movie he was known as 81.

The whole thing was going so well and he was proving that he was capable of being a ranger until the final training exercise where they had to complete the simulated mission. However on getting to the site another catastrophic moment came upon them as the had to fight again and extraterrestrial machine used for war.

During the cause of this, many lives were lost and communication to their Battalion failed. It was so bad because they had no weapons on them since they thought they were only going for training but not to face a machine that would want to hunt and kill them.

In the end, only soldier 81 and 7 who was badly injured were able to make it back. It was then they discovered that the country has been invaded by these machines and it was a global issue.

In all, the movie packed with action as the soldiers involves where so much in characters that they displayed via emotions and Talent what was embedded in them.
