"Myyyy eee, Myyy ahhh, Myyy uhuh", Everytime this song "Live your life" by TI plays, I remember this movie. Happens to be the favorite song of the Mitchell family and the way they sang it in the movie is just so amazing.

The Mitchell and the machine is one of my favorite animated movie. This is because it's a sci-fi and comedy movie which happens to be part of my favorite movie genres. I watched the movie with my family last year. We were looking for a sci Fi movie and we stumbled upon the Mitchell and the machines. I was hesitant to watch it at first but it turned out be one of my favorite cartoons.

THE PLOT

The movie is about Katie Mitchell. A weird ambitious teenager and film maker whoo often fight with her father. This is because her dad dislikes technology and doesn't know how to use it. Katie who had just been accepted into a film school in California had a fight with her dad. Before she left Rick(her father) accidentally broke her laptop, due to a fight about Katie's short films. After this Katie began drifting away from her family. Rick sees this and suggests a family trip which includes Rick,Linda(Katie's mother),Aaron (Katie's 6 year old little brother) and the family dog Mochi.

Meanwhile Mark Bowel an inventor shows the world his latest inventions Pal Max which are robots who helps humans with their daily activities. By doing this he replaced his old invention Pal. This made her(Pal) very angry and she turns the Pal Max against humans.Pal eventually became the villian and ordered the all the robots to capture all the humans on earth.

The Mitchell on their family trip manage to escape and hide in a restaurant. There they find two defective robots Eric and Deborah.
Katie finds out from Eric and Deborah that there is a kill code to destroying the robots and Katie was able to convince her family set off to save the world.

The Mitchells arrived at Colorado where Katie tried to figure out the kill code. The rest of the family fought the robots but Linda and Rick got captured and pal turned Eric and Deborah against them. Katie goes to pal's lair but she is captured and where she tried to give pal a reason to save humanity, but pal ignores her.
Rick and Linda later escaped with help from Mark Bowel. Rick was about to upload a short film made by Katie which features the family dog . He wanted to do this because the dog was the robot's weakness but he was unsuccessful.

Inspired by how Rick Learnt how to use a Computer Deborah and Eric reprogram themselves. Katie apologized to Rick and they defeat the robots and destroyed pal by dropping her into a glass of water.
The family drops Katie at college. And they say their goodbyes

REVIEW AND RATINGS

First of all the movie gives a really beautiful animation pictures. I'm someone that is very keen about the cinematography in movies and once the visuals aren't good enough, I won't even bother watching. For this movie, the visuals are really amazing.

One thing I come to learn from this movie is how the family learn to bond with each other at the face of an apocalypse. If they had not gone on that vacation, they might have been captured. If they did not go to save the world, Katie would have deserted her family. This proves that one of the greatest bonds is usually born during crisis either good or bad and in this case, it's a good one. Katie was able to repair her relationship with her dad and it's amazing to see the Dad ready to grow and be open minded. They had to meet each other midways. I learnt that we humans aren't perfect and in order to get along with each other, we need to be ready to understand each other and sometimes leave our comfort zones.

Finally, the movie once again show the reason why we can't put robots in charge. They are machines and if they are given so much powers, they will end up turning against us as shown in several movies. Though this isn't possible now but in future when technology is more advanced than this, it might be widely considered. I just hope we don't make that mistake.

In all, I will give the movie a rating of 8/10. It's really an interesting one.

THANK YOU FOR READING MY POST TODAY. DO HAVE AN AMAZING WEEKEND.

I couldn't have agreed more. It's one of the best animated films ever and I'm so glad I came across the movie and was able to watched it.

I immediately smiled as I saw this animation you just revied.
I totally remembered everything as you talked about them. I only found my little brother, who is ten, watching it on my PC and it caught my attention. I got glued to it and stayed till the end.

The animation is a superb one, I must say. Teaches moral lessons alongside delivering good entertainment.

I see you gave it an 8 out of ten, I say it deserves it.
Nice one!

I feel identified since I saw the movie with my whole family and it was a non-stop laugh and also to learn that as a family we should leave the cell phone and talk more to each other. Excellent recommendation

(Edited)

Thank you and you're right family should talk more to each other instead of instead of their face glued to their screen
