Będąc w pełni uczciwym, zgadzam się w dużej mierze z Disneyem. Biznes to biznes. Chciałbym, by takie umowy nie istniały, bo wg mnie przynoszą więcej złego niż dobrego, ale to dotyczy "zwykłych" ludzi. W przypadku celebrytów nie da się tego uniknąć, bo za bardzo lubimy śledzić znanych ludzi. Tym niemniej dobrze, że wygrała. Może ten casus wpłynie na zmiany i praktykę prawną w tym temacie.
Natomiast jeśli chodzi o to, czego chcą fani... Polecam porzucić ten tok myślenia. Klient w większości sytuacji nie wie, czego chce. Taka jest zasada w biznesie i jest prawdziwa. W sensie tak, ludzie wiedzą czego chcą, ale ludzka psychika i egoizm sprawia, że jesteśmy zachłanni. To musiałby być naprawdę mocny ruch w internecie, jak ten związany z 1 częścią Sonica... A i tak ludzie przeceniają wpływ tej dramy na zmianę decyzji duetu Paramount x Sega.
