[Destiny]
The game lost 91% of its players in less than a year. I'm surprised it took so long, because these types of game services have had numerous flaws. Although... No, I'm not surprised. My friends were just playing it, GunPlay is cool, so a lot of streamers were playing it too. Still, I'm surprised, because DotA, WarCraft 3, and Age of Empires 2 admittedly had less content (not to mention less frequent and modest updates), but at least everything there had a leg up. Expansions weren't deleted, and fights lasted shorter, not longer (the easiest way to create enemies—let's make them bullet sponges, yaaay!)

Two former developers took advantage of the opportunity to comment on Fallout 5, which is supposedly in development. From what I understand, all fans complain about Bethesda's Fallouts, and apparently New Vegas, which wasn't developed by Bethesda, was the closest to what we saw in Fallout 1 and 2. One fan of the game (I listened to his podcast on YouTube), whom I've been following for years, wondered if Bethesda would make the wise move of pocketing their honor. Gra straciła 91% graczy w ciągu niecałego ostatniego roku. Ja się dziwię, że dopiero tak późno, bo gry-usługi tego typu miały liczne wady. Chociaż... Nie, nie dziwię się. Po prostu znajomi w to grali, gunplay jest spoko, więc grało w to również dużo streamerów. Niemniej ciągle się dziwię, bo DotA, WarCraft 3, Age of Empires 2 co prawda miały mniejszą zawartość (o rzadszych i skromniejszych update'ach nie wspominając), ale przynajmniej wszystko tam miało ręce i nogi. Dodatki nie były kasowane, walki trwały krócej, a nie coraz dłużej (najprostszy sposób na stworzenie przeciwników - zróbmy z nich gąbki na pociski, yaaay!)

Jeden z fanów gry (słuchałem jego rozmowy na YT w formie podcastu), którego śledzę od lat, zastanawiał się, czy Bethseda zrobi ten mądry ruch i schowa honor do kieszeni. To byłoby dobre dla wszystkich - gracze dostaliby grę, Bethesda pieniądze, a nowa firma rozgłos.
