We got more information about Shogun. The second season will have 10 episodes, filming will start in January, the second season WILL NOT be based on the book, it will be an original idea. The action will be set a decade after the season 1 finale. If they have a plan for that, I'd love to see it. I'll probably watch it anyway because I wouldn't be surprised if some people complained, and I think they could make the second season just as good despite the lack of source material. There are good creators behind it, so if they were given some time and money, they should make something good.

Drugi sezon będzie miał 10 odcinków, zdjęcia rozpoczną się w styczniu, akcja drugiego sezonu NIE BĘDZIE bazować na książce, tylko będzie oryginalnym pomysłem. Akcja będzie osadzona dekadę po finale 1 sezonu. Jeśli mają na to plan, chętnie zobaczę. I tak pewnie sprawdzę, bo nie zdziwię się, jak niektórzy będą marudzić, a moim zdaniem można sprawić, by drugi sezon był równie dobry, mimo braku materiału źródłowego. Stoją za nim dobrzy twórcy, więc jeśli da im się trochę czasu i pieniędzy, to powinni stworzyć coś dobrego.
