[Writers' strike]
A dozen or so years ago, when I was still a young teenager, there was something called a writers' strike. As I was not interested in these topics at the time and only watched what was on TV, I did not feel this strike. Well, at least not fully - from time to time it happened that I watched a series that had nice initial episodes, and then broke down ("Heroes", anyone remember?). Years later, I found out why. The same awaits us today. I don't know the details because I'm not that interested in the matter, but I follow a few creators who deal with it and well, it's going to be rather hard. I hope everything will end well and no one will be stupid enough to commission A.I. who is unable to think for herself to write scripts and the effect will be even worse than when Netflix commissioned students to write scripts for their series as part of practical classes studies. I've seen it on Orange is the New Black, it was the worst episode and it almost made me and my girlfriend sick of the show. with A.I. it will be even worse. Anyway, just look at the Netflix subtitles for the anime, which are solidly castrated from the content and characters of the characters. Well, all in all, people are getting dumber (and it's not just my mean nastiness, it's been researched), so I won't be surprised if it doesn't bother them.

Kilkanaście lat temu, jak byłem jeszcze młodym nastolatkiem, było coś takiego jak strajk scenarzystów. Jako że wtedy nie interesowałem się tymi tematami i oglądałem tylko to, co jest w telewizji, to nie odczułem tego strajku. No, przynajmniej nie w pełni - co jakiś czas zdarzało się, że oglądałem jakiś serial, który miał fajne początkowe odcinki, a potem się psuł ("Heroes", pamięta ktoś?). Po latach dowiedziałem się, z czego to wynika. Dzisiaj czeka nas to samo. Nie znam szczegółów, bo sprawa mnie nie interesuje do tego stopnia, ale śledzę kilku twórców, którzy się tym zajmują i cóż, raczej będzie ciężko. Mam nadzieję, że wszystko skończy się dobrze i nikt nie będzie taki głupi, by zlecić pisanie scenariuszy A.I., która nie jest w stanie sama mysleć i efekt będzie jeszcze gorszy niż w sytuacji, jak Netflix zlecił studentom pisanie scenariuszy do swoich seriali w ramach zajęć praktycznych na studiach. Widziałem to na przykładzie "Orange is the New Black", były to najgorsze odcinki, które mi i mojej dziewczynie niemalże obrzydziły ten serial. Z A.I. będzie jeszcze gorzej. Zresztą, wystarczy zobaczyć na napisy Netflixa do anime, które są solidnie wykastrowane z treści i charakterów postaci. No ale w sumie, ludzie są coraz głupsi (i to nie tylko moja wredna złośliwość, to zostało zbadane), więc się nie zdziwię, jak im to nie będzie przeszkadzało.
