Honestly, you only forgot to tell us which one you consider the best, although it could be any of the ones you added to the list. It'll be a personal choice, the one we each like best. I've heard good things about some of them, especially "Eternauta" because it's made in Argentina. But if "The Pitt" is similar to or better than "ER," then it would be my favorite, since it's an excellent genre and seeing cases so close to reality is simply incredible—seeing what might be happening to us. Excellent list! I'll try to watch as many as possible and enjoy them at home.

It was Pitt as the highest quality and Alien: Earth as my favorite of the year.

Those two will be at the top of my watchlist: "The Pitt" and "Alien: Earth." I don't usually watch series, but your recommendation is definitely important for watching quality shows and not wasting time.
