Sorry about the pup. :(

All the Gaiman Sandman characters have something to teach us about the world. Sorry that you're going through Delerium at the moment.

He's such a storytelling genius. Granted; he drastically pulls inspiration externally, but he does it remarkably. With just enough likeness, and enough twist that it's comfortably familiar and refreshingly new.

Sandman is something one must watch more than one time to understand and feel the depth.

It is the same for the original source material, too :) I haven’t seen the show, but I have read and reread the original source stuff over the years (I was going to say millenia, but I’m not that old) - Just felt that way for a brief freudian slip.

I must read the original creation. I imagine that is intense.

It was so strange, I admit--- I kind of understood delirium but it didn't click. Gaiman said she is his favourite. I agree. But last night, she made sense.

I'm going to write this main post better later when my brain is working with more gears.

Somewhere, I have a collection of short stories written by various authors on the Sandman characters. I think it may be at my mother’s house. I’ll have to fig it up as a result of this post. :P

I love that this inspired you. It surely wasn't fit to be posted, much less inspiring.

Lol stop! We all know most of those are just people jumping on the payout wagon. Others are following the pack. And then the randomness.

Few actually read.

I appreciate your reassurance.

I always read, I can't get enough of it!
