In this film, they don't exactly tell you Superman's origin story, but rather it begins with a series of texts and him (Superman) losing his first battle in 30 years. For all of us who have seen something about Superman, the origin story and how he was sent to Earth when Krypton was destroyed won't really matter.

Honestly, I don't know how I feel about this movie because I'm not really a fan of superhero movies, and to be honest, Superman doesn't interest me that much, but I agreed to go see the movie anyway. Overall, the movie is pretty good, but there are several moments that bother me a little, like practically all the ones involving the dog Krypto. I know this character is the comic relief in this movie, but it really bothered me that in moments of tension in the plot, this dog would do something “funny” that broke the tension and was completely unnecessary and ruined the mood in my opinion. I also felt that this Superman didn't win, hahaha, very strong and all, but in almost the entire movie he was defeated. Well, I know we can't make him impossible to defeat, but he's the Man of Steel, you can't make him so vulnerable.
Sinceramente no se como me siento con esta película ya que, realmente no soy fan del cine de superhéroes y, sinceramente Superman no es que me interese mucho, pero igual acepte ir a ver la película. En términos generales la película esta bastante bien, pero, hay varios momentos que me molestan un poco, como prácticamente todas en la que esta involucrado el perro Krypto, se que este personaje es el alivio cómico de esta película, pero me molestaba mucho que en momentos de tensión de la trama, este perro hacia algo "chistoso" que rompía esa tensión y era completamente innecesario y arruinaba completamente el ambiente en mi opinión. También sentí que este Superman no ganaba una jajajaja, muy fuerte y todo pero en casi toda la película lo derrotaban, bueno, yo se que tampoco lo podemos hacer imposible de derrotar, pero, es el hombre de acero no lo puedes hacer tan vulnerable.
It's probably my biased opinion as someone who isn't very into superhero movies, but I don't think the film is rubbish. However, I don't think it's worth spending money to go and see it at the cinema. That's just my opinion, though. If you like it or want to see it, that's fine. I hope you enjoyed today's post.
