Movie 🎥: THE GUARDIANS| Película los guardianes

Darkness is the first thing I remember… it was very dark, freezing cold, and I was scared 🥶.
But then I saw the moon, big and bright 🌕. It seemed to chase away the darkness, and when it did, my fear disappeared 💫.

Why was I there, or what was my destiny? I’ve never known, and I don’t know if I ever will.
Jack discovers that with his magical staff he can freeze everything he touches ❄️ and that he can also fly.
Excited, he visits a nearby village, but his smile turns into terror the moment he realizes he’s invisible and untouchable 😨.

This is an analysis of a story that was once underrated, but when seen from another perspective, it can teach us something truly valuable 💭.
At the North Pole, in Santa Claus’s workshop 🎅, something unexpected happens: his globe becomes surrounded by a strange dark sand and is covered by a macabre shadow 🌑.

Santa is shocked, and when he realizes how serious the situation is, he calls upon the rest of the Guardians through the northern lights 🌈.
The first of these Guardians is Tooth.

She is the Guardian of Teeth and is responsible for collecting children’s teeth and keeping their childhood memories within them, with the help of her tiny fairy helpers 🧚‍♀️✨.
The second Guardian is Sandman.

The Guardian of Dreams has the ability to control and manipulate golden sand, which he uses to create dreams.
His role is to make sure that children have happy dreams and are protected from nightmares 🌟.
The third Guardian is Bunny.

The Guardian of Hope, who brings decorated eggs to children on Easter 🥚🎨, and is able to create tunnels underground.
And the last Guardian is the one who called them all together — Santa.

He explains that he called them because he saw a sign that Pitch is planning something terrible 😈.
Pitch is also known as The Boogeyman, a dark and evil being who is about to challenge all the Guardians.
But I’ll tell you more about him in a moment…
Then, the Moon appears 🌕 and reveals that in this difficult mission, they will need a lot of help.
So it has chosen a new Guardian — and it’s none other than Jack Frost ❄️✨.

The Guardians are well-known figures, icons, while Jack Frost is more of a myth.
You probably don’t know him, so let me explain: he doesn’t know how he ended up like this — one bad day, he simply woke up in a dark, frozen lake 🧊.

He has no memory of his past, so he believes he has always been Jack Frost.
The only thing he’s sure of is his name, because the Moon itself 🌛 was the one who told him.

Jack has the ability to create ice, snow, and cold wind 🌬️ — which he uses to move around, play pranks, and make children laugh.
He truly cares about making sure kids have fun on snowy days ⛄.
In fact, he even has the power to lift their spirits and make them smile 😄.

But despite all this, no one believes in him.
In fact, we see a mother telling her son:

“Put on your coat, or Jack Frost will freeze your nose 👃❄️.”

But when the boy asks who this “Jack Frost” is, the mother replies that he’s no one — just a saying.
People treat him like an old myth.
He’s completely invisible to humans: no one recognizes him, no one thanks him, no one loves him, and no one even thinks about him 💔.
So he lives in deep loneliness. Jack complains about this to the moon 🌕.

He has no idea what his purpose is, or why he exists, and that causes him great pain 💭.
Here we pause to reflect on a very important concept in this analysis: the gaze of the other.

When we refer to another person — someone different from ourselves, with their own subjectivity, thoughts, emotions, and perspectives — the gaze of the other is incredibly powerful within us, and it helps define who we are.
But I’ll explain that later…

La oscuridad es lo primero que recuerdo… estaba muy oscuro, hacía mucho frío y tenía miedo 🥶.
Pero entonces vi la luna, grande y brillante 🌕. Pareció ahuyentar la oscuridad, y cuando la ahuyentó, se me quitó el miedo 💫.

¿Por qué estaba ahí o cuál era mi destino? Nunca lo he sabido, y no sé si algún día lo llegue a saber.
Jack descubre que con su bastón mágico puede congelar todo lo que toca ❄️ y también que puede volar.
Emocionado, visita un pueblo cercano, pero su sonrisa se transforma en terror en el momento que se da cuenta de que es invisible e intocable 😨.

Este es un análisis sobre una historia que en su momento fue infravalorada, pero que, viéndola desde otra perspectiva, nos puede enseñar un tema muy valioso 💭.
En el Polo Norte, en el taller de Santa Claus 🎅, sucede algo inesperado: su globo terráqueo se envuelve por una especie de arena oscura y se llena de una macabra sombra 🌑.

Santa está impactado y, al darse cuenta de lo grave de la situación, manda a llamar al resto de guardianes a través de las auroras boreales 🌈.
El primero de estos guardianes es Tut.

Ella es la guardiana de los dientes y es responsable de recolectar los dientes de los niños y guardar sus recuerdos de la infancia en ellos, con ayuda de sus pequeñas hadas ayudantes 🧚‍♀️✨.
El segundo es Sandman.

El guardián de los sueños tiene la habilidad de controlar y manipular arena dorada, que usa para crear sueños.
Su rol es asegurar que los niños tengan sueños felices y estén protegidos de las pesadillas 🌟.
El tercer guardián es Bunny.

El guardián de la esperanza, que trae huevos decorados a los niños en Semana Santa 🥚🎨, y es capaz de crear túneles bajo tierra.
Y el último guardián es quien los ha convocado a todos, o sea, Santa.

Él les explica que los ha convocado porque ha visto una señal que le indica que Pitch está tramando algo terrible 😈.
A Pitch también se le conoce como El Coco, un ser oscuro y maligno que está a punto de poner en jaque a todos estos guardianes.
Pero en un momento te cuento más de él...
En eso, la Luna se hace presente 🌕 y les revela que en esta difícil misión necesitarán mucha ayuda, por lo que ha elegido a un nuevo guardián…
Y este es nada más y nada menos que Jack Frost ❄️✨.

Los guardianes son figuras hiperreconocidas, son íconos, mientras que Jack Frost es más un mito.
Seguramente no lo conozcas, así que te explico: él no sabe cómo terminó así, simplemente un mal día despertó dentro de un oscuro y frío lago 🧊.

No tiene memoria de su pasado, por lo que cree que siempre ha sido Jack Frost.
De lo único que está seguro es de su nombre, porque la misma luna 🌛 fue quien se lo dijo.

Jack tiene la habilidad de crear hielo, nieve y viento frío 🌬️, lo que utiliza para moverse, hacer travesuras y divertir a los niños.
Genuinamente se preocupa porque los pequeños se diviertan en los días nevados ⛄.
De hecho, hasta tiene el poder de mejorar su humor y hacerlos reír 😄.

Pero, a pesar de todo esto, nadie cree en él.
De hecho, vemos que una madre le dice a su hijo:

“Abrígate, si no Jack Frost te congelará la nariz 👃❄️.”

Pero cuando el niño pregunta quién es ese tal Jack Frost, la madre responde que no es nadie, que solo se trata de una expresión.
La gente lo trata como un viejo mito.
Es totalmente invisible para los humanos: nadie lo reconoce, nadie le agradece, nadie lo quiere, y nadie piensa en él 💔.
Así que vive en una profunda soledad. Jack le reprocha esto a la luna 🌕.

No tiene idea de cuál es su propósito o por qué existe, y eso le causa mucho dolor 💭.
Aquí paramos para dejarte un concepto de suma importancia en este análisis: la mirada del otro.

Cuando nos referimos a cualquier otra persona distinta a uno mismo, con su propia subjetividad, pensamientos, emociones y perspectivas, la mirada del otro es muy poderosa en nosotros y nos define.
