Currently, we have entered the end of 2022 and as friends know. The end of the year is a moment for fans of films and series to get a lot of entertainment from various films and series that take place at the end of the year.

One of the on going series that I'm currently watching at the end of this year, is Reborn Rich which is also getting high ratings. Reborn Rich is a k-drama starring Song Joong-Ki, Lee Sung Min, and Shin Byeun Him. Since I started watching and liking Korean dramas, Song Joong-Ki is one of my favorite actors, and I have watched almost all of the movies and series.

Waiting for a new episode of Reborn Rich made me re-watch the drama starring Song Joong-Ki, one of which was that I re-watched Descendants of the Sun, the most popular Korean drama and had made people in my country become a fan of Korean dramas.

The love story between a special army Yoo Se Jin (played by Song Joong-ki and special doctor Kang Mo-yeon (played by Song Hye-kyo) has succeeded in making the audience feel carried away, we will be carried away romantically and also smile, dissolve, feel embarrassed with their love story.

For me, the love story of the second couple from Descendants of the Sun looks more interesting and challenging than the love story of the main characters. Try to imagine, a male army officer with the rank of chief sergeant serving in the special army falls in love and is dating a female army doctor with the rank of first lieutenant. For information, that's quite a distance from the military rank.

The conditions and challenges of their love story are very interesting, apart from the relationship between superiors and subordinates. The father of the army doctor is a general who certainly doesn't want to have a non-commissioned officer in law. I think the romantic story and their love struggles are a little more interesting and challenging than the main characters.

What do you think is the reason people re-watch an old drama. For me, the reason is simple because I already know the ending. I know, watching a movie or drama that has a known ending might not be liked by many people. However, I believe in life we sometimes prefer certain things, like making sure we don't get hurt or have a headache seeing the ending of the drama. Besides that, making sure the drama has a happy ending keeps us from overthinking the drama. What's more, there are many sad endings for Korean dramas that will air in 2022, or open endings.
