One of those movies that deserve capital letters and from a renowned director, although it seems to be the first movie I've seen from him; but judging by how much I liked it, I'll keep in mind the ones that come...

The main character is 85 years old and from one day to the next he suffers a stroke and is suddenly plunged into a reality that is alien to him.

His faithful daughters are there by his side, taking turns to assist him and at the same time trying to get on with their lives...

Emanuelle the closest to him is a writer and is in a couple with a filmmaker, she kills herself doing sports and is the famous apple of daddy's eye?

Until one day he asks her to finish it and she runs out of nerves, but his request is a serious one and those who love him will have to get used to the idea that he is appealing to the right to die with dignity...

Did you see it? what did you think? For me it is at the level of "The father".

For those who want to see it, I assure you that you will like it.

It is directed by Francois Ozon and the main protagonists are Sophie Marceau, André Dussollier and Géraldine Pailhas
