Sound for touch, and, to divert/away look

When I don't want to hear a sound from the TV and when I only want to hear what I want to hear near me, I touch objects to make that sound and reduce the noise from the TV; and to avoid seeing what I want on TV, I look away at other objects.

That way, I maintain equilibrium for myself.

Quando eu não quero ouvir um som da TV e quando eu quero ouvir apenas o que eu quero perto de mim, eu toco em objetos para emitir som do objeto e diminuir da TV; e, para não ver o que quero na TV, eu desvio o olhar para outros objetos.

Assim, mantenho o equilíbrio para mim.
