Ultramarine Magmell | As bad as good it can be

My dog, this series is as good as it can be bad, that is, the best chapter is the first one, the rest, each one has a somewhat dubious quality, not only because of the animation, but also because they try to do what many other anime do, have independent chapters with a story that is not related to the rest, filler chapters, practically, so it is very rushed to watch it, and despite all that I liked it, I liked it a lot.

What is this thing about? Well, somewhere in the world that I don't remember there was a giant island that they called Magmell, it is considered a continent itself, and as a new land without knowing many people wanted to explore it, only they didn't know that Magmell had all kinds of fauna and flora that had as a hobby to kill every inexperienced human that came near them, and as there are too many people who do it, there are rescuers who save people, if they are still alive, when bad things happen, those rescuers are called Anglers, and here we will see the story of the best Angler in the world, Inyo.

My dog, esta serie es tan buena como mala puede llegar a ser, es decir, el mejor capítulo es el primero, de resto, cada uno tiene una calidad un tanto dudosa, no solo por la animación, si no también porque intentan hacer lo que muchos otros animes, tener capítulos independientes con una historia que no está relacionada con el resto, capítulos de relleno, practicamente, entonces es muy atropellado verla, y a pesar de todo eso me gustó, me gustó mucho.

¿De qué trata esta cosa? Bueno, En algún lugar del mundo que ya no recuerdo salió una isla gigante a la que llamaron Magmell, es considerada un propio continente, y como una nueva tierra sin conocer mucha gente quizo explorarla, solo que no sabían que Magmell tenía todo tipo de fauna y flora que tenían como pasatiempo asesinar a todo humano sin experiencia que se les acercara, y como son demasiadas las personas que lo hacen, existen rescatistas que salvan a la gente, si es que siguen con vida, cuando cosas malas pasan, esos recastistas se llaman Anglers, y aquí veremos la historia del mejor Angler de todo el mundo, Inyo.

The series would be perfect if they would comply with that synopsis, but no, it is very inconsistent in many things and since we don't have a timeline to follow, many of the things that happen seem implausible to us. The first episode is the best of all, I already said that but I think it's because it's the most faithful to the manga of all the chapters, it's raw, a bit bloody, and destroys our hopes about all the good things we think might happen.

If the anime was completely like this it would be better than it already is, although that doesn't take away from how bad it is, and how empty it can be at times. I would have loved to see more blood and cruelty which they showed almost nothing because they give us to understand that the real terror of Magmell is not all the dangerous animals and plants that can kill any human in seconds, no, but the real evil is the negative influence it can have on people and how it can lead them to do bad things, then, they just say it, but do not show it, then they do not fulfill what they promise, and that's why it falls badly.

La serie sería perfecta si cumplieran con esa sinopsis, pero no, es muy incosistente en muchas cosas y como no tenemos una linea de tiempo que seguir, muchas de las cosas que suceden nos parecen inverosímiles. El primer episodio es el mejor de todos, ya lo dije, pero creo que es porque es el más fiel al manga de todos las capítulos, es crudo, un poco sangriento, y destruye nuestras esperanzas sobre todas las cosas buenas que creemos que pueden llegar a pasar.

Si el anime fuera así por completo sería mejor de lo que ya es, aunque eso no le quita todo lo malo que es, lo vacío que puede llegar a ser en ocaciones. Hubiera amado ver más sangre y crueldad de la que casi no mostraron casi nada, pues nos dan a entender que el verdadero terror de Magmell no son todos los animales y plantas peligrosas que pueden matar a cualquier humano en segundos, no, si no que el verdadero mal es la influencia negativa que puede llegar a tener en las personas y cómo las puede llevar a hacer cosas malas, entonces, solo lo dicen, pero no lo muestran, entonces no cumplen con lo que prometen, y por eso cae mal.

I still don't know what the fuck are the Lachter, other than that they can create anything from their mind, but I don't remember if they are humans with that ability or not, I also don't know if they were born in Magmell, or if their origin was after Magmell came to light, see? There are too many questions for this series and no answers, maybe if I read the manga I wouldn't have these problems, but since I'm talking is about the series I do have these problems and I will say them because I liked it doesn't mean I think it's perfect because it's not.

The story of Inyo with Zero is another of the best things in the series, only they explore that at the end and it doesn't like it, it doesn't like it at all, it should be one of the main focuses of the series, but no, they prefer to make ridiculous and meaningless adventure chapters that are not at all something that stands out much in the series, and that's something weird because adventure is practically the way they sell the series, but they are not good at making it look like an adventure.

Aún no sé qué carajos son los Lachter, aparte de que pueden crear cualquier cosa de su mente, pero no recuerdo si son humanos con esa habilidad o no, tampoco sé si nacieron en Magmell, o si su origen se dio después de que Magmell saliera a la luz, ¿ven? Hay demasiadas preguntas para esta serie y ninguna respuestas, quizás si leyera el manga no tendría estos problemas, pero como estoy hablando es de la serie sí tengo estos problemas y los diré, pues que me haya gustado no significa que cree que sea perfecta, pues no lo es.

La historia de Inyo con Zero es otra de las mejores cosas de la serie, solo que solo exploran eso al final y no gusta, no gusta para nada, debería ser uno de los enfoques principales de la serie, pero no, prefieren hacer capítulos ridículos y sin sentidos de aventuras que no son para nada algo que destaque mucho en la serie, y eso es algo raro, porque la aventura es practicamente la forma en que venden la serie, pero no son buenos en hacer que parezca de aventura.

I didn't leave you a trailer in this opportunity, but I did leave you the best part of the first chapter, so if you don't want to watch it, don't, but it's one of the best scenes, if not the best, of the whole anime, and it's worth watching, it shows perfectly how beautiful and perfect the series could have been, but no, they decided to make it bad, very bad.

Después de haberla criticado tanto me preguntarán, incluso yo me pregunto, ¿por qué me gustó entonces? Bueno, porque es una serie ridícula, sin sentido, con mucha comedia mala que me dio risa, y como les dije, no necesita de mucho esfuerzo para verse, así que se puede ver sin mucho problema mientras se hace cualquier otra cosa, yo lo hacía mientras jugaba, y en vez de pausar la serie para concentrarme en el juego, terminaba pausando el juego para concentarme en la serie y reirme como debía de lo mala que era.

No les dejé trailer en esta oportunidad, pero sí les dejé la mejor parte del primer capítulo, así que si no quieren verlo, no lo hagan, pero es de las mejores escenas, si no la mejor, de todo el anime, y vale la pena verla, demuestra a la perfección todo lo hermosa y perfecta que pudo ser la serie, pero no, decidieron hacerla mala, muy mala.
