I was looking for news to follow the case and I see that there are statements that he was talking on his cell phone while handling the gun. Now I understand the hatred towards Baldwin a little better. He got away with not going to jail, and instead, the young woman in charge of the weapons was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

Nah he wasn’t. He was on his cell phone afterwords. He lied and said he didn’t know what happened which witnesses all said was BS. He immediately called his lawyer and left area within seconds. Showed no remorse or care. Guys scum
