The movie is no other but “The originals”
Are you satisfied with the ending? My favourite actress got killed in the most gruesome and brutal way.
I kept murmuring she doesn’t deserve that kind of death. If no other but Heyley, come to think of it, why will Hope try to use her spell on her mother just to bring her father back? And why will she consume the dark magic just so she could have her family close. The common things like a hug, a peg became luxury. I understand her feeling, but her father feels even worse.
I don't even want to start with Elijah, it was that moment I got so much hatred for him but will I still blame him for Heyley’s death, yes.
Elijah prevented Niklaus from saving Heyley. Imagine someone who strongly believes in family finally fighting them. I could remember when he said that in season 2.
“Nobody mess with my family and go Scott free”
Secondly, did you see the disappointment and betrayal in Heyley's eyes when she thought Elijah was there to save her instead he was fighting his brother. That killed her more even before she died.
I strongly believe Elijah deserves every bit of regret when he regains his memory. It was pain, knowing you're the cause of the death of someone you once loved. He felt worse, his presence felt like a worst aura but Elijah defended himself at the end.
The place that brought tears to my eyes, the place I will gladly give Niklaus his flowers, the only time I have seen him sacrifice something, it was always people sacrificing for him, at the mercy of him, always messing things up and always taking drastic decisions without thinking.
I once saw Niklaus vulnerable when Elijah rejected to come back even after so much persuasion, he felt worse, he felt alone and vulnerable and yet he still ended up making poor decisions.
Everyone thinks Niklaus is a legend when it comes to Original but for me I still choose Elijah. Niklaus' fear of not being taken for granted, he wants to show his power, he wants to be fear not after the brutal childhood between him and his father but then behind those dark exterior there is a soft and kind man who will give up the world for his daughter, the one he once rejected. The part that got me so emotional.
The original is a movie I will rate 9/10, every episode comes with its own hook that could make you want to keep watching more. I love the theme of the movie, betrayal, love, family, hope and power. In all, I love the characters, especially the way they speak and communicate. The original was a smooth ride, moving over to legacy.
