Yes, and honestly, I felt exactly the same way. I don't understand how anyone could call it a “bad movie.” Sure, it may not be the best in the series, but that's a far cry from being bad. I loved how they handled the emotional side of things. You can feel the weight of the story and everything Ethan Hunt has been through over the years. It's a bittersweet farewell, knowing that this is the last time we'll see Tom Cruise risking his life like that for us.

Tom Cruise's legacy in the action genre will not be forgotten and it is very likely that we will never again see action scenes like his in the cinema.
