Cook up a Storm| Movie Review
A movie recommendation. This one here is about cooking, it's the second one I've posted, I wanted to make a series of movies on this topic but I'll only be posting like this simultaneously.
I am very interested in cooking in general and I love watching movies of this genre a lot, this is a movie that I have seen more than once and I really like it.
They make us think that this movie is about the rivalry of two chefs but it really goes beyond that.
Una recomendación de película. Esta se aquí trata sobre cocina, es la segunda que posteo, quería hacer una serie de películas sobre este tema pero solamente iré posteando así de forma simultánea.
A mí me llama mucho la atención la cocina en general y ver películas que sean de este género me encanta mucho, esta es una película que ya he visto más de una vez y me gusta mucho.
Nos hacen pensar que esta película se trata sobre la rivalidad de dos cocineros pero realmente va más allá de eso.

We begin by seeing the childhood of Gao Tian Ci who is our protagonist, we see him at the age of 10, in a restaurant kitchen with his father, practicing how to cut spring onions and make noodles, when suddenly he makes a mistake with the knife and the young man is reprimanded by his father and hurts him with his words by telling him that he will not be good for cooking because he did not have the talent, soon after we see that the father decides to leave supposedly it would be for a short time but he really ends up abandoning him.
Comenzamos viendo la infancia de Gao Tian Ci quien es nuestro protagonista, lo vemos a la edad de 10 años, en una cocina de una restaurante junto a su padre, practicando como corta cebolletas y hacer fideos, cuando de pronto comete un error con el cuchillo y el joven es reprendido por su padre y lo hiere con sus palabras al decirle que no será bueno para la cocina porque él no tenía el talento, al poco tiempo vemos que el padre decide marcharse supuestamente sería por poco tiempo pero realmente lo termina abandonando.
20 years later and Tian Ci works as a chef in that restaurant where he was with his father, the famous Cantonese restaurant "seven" but now he works with a group of friends, the restaurant is so famous that people have to line up to order meal.
20 años más tarde y Tian Ci trabaja como chef en aquel restaurante donde estuvo con su padre, el famoso restaurante cantones "siete" pero ahora trabaja con un grupo de amigos, el restaurante es tan famoso que la gente tiene que hacer fila para poder ordenar comida.
But all this changes when they want to redevelop the neighborhood to make it a bit more modern and many people oppose it, later some people also open another restaurant right across the street, and it's French in style, quite an elegant and refined place, which makes "the seven" feel a little threatened by the competition.
Pero todo esto cambia cuando quieren hacer una remodelación del vecindario para volver un poco más modernos y mucha gente se opone, más adelante también apertura otro restaurante justo al frente, y es de estilo francés, un lugar bastante elegante y refinado, lo cual hace que "el siete" se sienta un poco amenazado ante la competencia.

These two characters meet and somehow get into a little rivalry that makes them participate in a cooking contest to see who is the best.
Estos dos personajes se conocen y de alguna manera entran en un pequeña rivalidad que los hace ser participantes de un concurso de cocina, para ver quién es el mejor.
Although beyond that it also touched about Tian Ci's dad, in the end it becomes a little more interesting.
Aunque más allá de eso también tocan el tema del papá de Tian Ci, al final se hace un poco más interesante.
Por alguna razon, la trama y la interaccion de los personajes me recordo al anime de shokugeki no soma jajaj, que por cierto te lo recomiendo porque tambien es de cocina, buena review saludos.
