Moon River | K-drama review
Today I want to talk a little about this K-drama I've been watching. It didn't really catch my eye at first, but someone recommended it, so I decided to give it a try, and it really does fit the kind of series I usually watch.
Let's start by saying that Moon River is a historical K-drama, a romance, a bit of comedy, but also fantasy. Okay, it's important to clarify that because a lot of things happen that obviously wouldn't happen in real life. Now that that's cleared up, let's continue.
Hoy quiero hablarles un poco de este K-drama que estuve viendo, realmente no me llamaba la atención a simple vista pero alguien me lo recomendó y entonces decidí darle una oportunidad y realmente sí se adapta al perfil de series que suelo ver.
Vamos a empezar por decir que Moon River es un k-drama histórico, de romance, un poco de comedia pero también de fantasía, okay, es importante aclarar eso porque pasan muchas cosas que obviamente no pasarían en la vida real. Ahora sí, aclarado este punto continuamos.

This story revolves around a prince. The first chapter starts off quite intensely, but it lays the foundation for the story. This prince is consumed by grief over the death of his wife, the crown princess. She was condemned to death for a crime she didn't commit, but she was framed. Obviously, the prince never doubting her. Although now he appears indifferent, the prince has actually been plotting his revenge for years.
Esta historia gira entorno a un príncipe heredero. El primer capítulo realmente empieza bastante fuerte pero es la base principal de la historia. Este príncipe está sumido en un profundo dolor por la muerte de su esposa, la princesa heredera. Ella fue condenada a muerte por un crimen que no cometió pero la hicieron ver culpable, obviamente el príncipe lo sospechó, nunca dudó de ella. Because of all this, the prince becomes a man of few feelings, a man who has lost his smile. This is about to change the day a woman falls from the sky—lol, it literally looks like that. Park Dal-i is a street vendor who strangely resembles his late wife. This is all an emotional and surprising shock for those present.
Clearly, the lives of each of these characters begin to change as they become increasingly involved with one another, to the point where they truly start walking in each other's shoes. They also become entangled in numerous political conflicts, connections, and secrets. It's a story with considerable drama, and things seem to worsen with each episode, but I promise you it's quite entertaining to watch and leaves you thoroughly intrigued.
Debido a todo esto, el príncipe se convierte en un hombre de pocos sentimientos, un hombre que perdió la sonrisa, esto va a empezar a cambiar desde el día que una mujer le cae del cielo, lol, literalmente se ve así. Park Dal-i, es una vendedora ambulante que extrañamente se parece a la que fue su esposa, todo esto es un choque emocional y sorprendente para los que están presentes.
Evidentemente la vida de cada uno de estos personajes empieza a cambiar por involucrarse el uno con el otro constantemente, tanto que realmente empiezan a caminar en los zapatos del otro. Además empiezan a verse envueltos en tantos conflictos políticos, en conexiones, en secretos. Una historia con bastante drama realmente y las cosas cada vez parecen empeorar más en cada capítulo pero les prometo que es bastante entretenido de ver y te deja bastante intrigado.

I really enjoyed this K-drama. I never imagined I'd get so hooked, but I liked the story. Love couldn't always save everything, and everything always seemed tense. Watching those scenes made me want to know how it would end.
Este K-drama realmente me ha gustado mucho, no me hubiera imaginado que realmente quedaría enganchada pero me gustó la historia, no en todo momento el amor podía salvar todo, además todo siempre parecía tenso… Ver esos escenarios me parecía interesante saber el desenlace.
