Remarriage and Desires K-drama Review | Deseos VIP
Today I will talk about Remarriage and Desires, another Korean series, this one caught me by surprise just when I was having problems with the MAX app since I couldn't log in and Netflix was my salvation.
Let's talk about the fact that this series is one of those that does not have kissing scenes, there are none anywhere, and I liked that. It's strange because we spend an eternity watching how two protagonists fall in love and they never seem to kiss and when they do it is very ugly and without passion, lol. Well, nothing like that happened here, next. (There's romance tho)
I had this series on my Netflix list and I don't know how long I planned to postpone it. Thanks MAX.
Hoy hablaré sobre Deseos VIP, otra serie coreana, esta me atrapó por sorpresa justo cuando estaba teniendo problemas con la app MAX ya que no podía ingresar y Netflix fue mi salvación.
Hablemos de que esta serie es una de esas que no tiene escenas de besos, no hay por ningún lado, y eso me gustó. Es extraño porque pasamos toda una eternidad viendo como dos protagonistas se enamoran y nunca parecen darse un beso y cuando lo hacen es bien feo y sin pasión, lol. Bueno aquí no pasó nada de eso, next.
Esta serie la tenía en mi lista de Netflix y no sé hasta cuándo pensaba posponerla. Gracias MAX.

Now, to the point. This is about people who want to get married, in part... Although everyone is driven by personal interests and ambitions. I don't know how to describe it but this series would be like two themes wrapped into one...
Because when you read a synopsis it tells you that it is about a marriage and partnership agency, it is true, but it is also about a woman who lost her husband. Actually the main character and her focus is on this tragic event that was losing her partner and all because of a lying and greedy woman.
Ahora sí, al punto. Esto trata de personas que quieren casarse, en parte... Aunque todos están movidos por intereses personales y ambiciones. No sé cómo describirlo pero esta serie sería como dos temas que se envuelven en uno solo...
Porque cuando lees una sinopsis te dice que trata sobre una agencia de casamientos y sociedades, es cierto pero, también trata de una mujer que perdió a su esposo. Realmente el personaje principal y su foco es sobre este hecho tragico que fue perder a su pareja y todo por culpa de una mujer mentirosa y codiciosa.

The story has a lot of drama, it is not so romantic although in the end it shows its touch. The real plot is about revenge. Both women meet again by chance at an agency that acts as a mediator in marriages, one is there by mistake and the other because she is greedy because she wants to climb to the top step of society. Once these women meet, they both try to make life impossible for themselves and in the middle of all this there is the agency and a millionaire man, the struggle of these women seems to destroy everything.
La historia tiene bastante drama, no es romántica aunque al final muestra su toque. La verdadera trama es acerca de la venganza. Ambas mujeres se reencuentran de casualidad en una agencia que actúa como mediadora en matrimonios, una está ahí por error y la otra porque es codiciosa porque quiere subir en el escalón más alto de la sociedad. Una vez que estas mujeres se encuentran, ambas tratan de hacerse la vida imposible y en medio de todo esto queda la agencia y un hombre millonario, la lucha de estas mujeres pareciera destruirlo todo.

This series is actually quite dramatic, I liked it because it kept me entertained but sometimes I start to think about what they base to create evil characters because they do unforgivable and inhuman things and that's how the antagonist is, that sometimes makes me repudiate everything when I imagine there are people like that. Fortunately it was a short series of 8 episodes because otherwise it would be torture to see such evil people. What I did think it needed was to develop the characters more because you feel that no one knows each other and they are already jumping from one action to the next, everything seems very rushed... But it fulfills its purpose of entertaining.
De verdad es bastante dramática esta serie, me gustó porque me mantuvo entretenida pero a veces me pongo a pensar en que basan para crear a los personajes malvados porque hacen cosas imperdonables e inhumanas y así es la antagonista, eso me hace a veces repudiar todo cuando me imagino que existen personas así. Afortunadamente fue una serie corta de 8 capítulos porque sino sería una tortura ver gente tan malvada. Lo que sí me pareció que necesitaba fue desarrollar más a los personajes porque sientes que nadie se conoce y ya están saltando de una acción a la otra, se ve muy apresurado todo... Pero cumple con su finalidad de entretener.

For the first time I'm reading of a k-drama with just eight episodes. I know how tormenting it can be to watch two people plan on destroying themselves throughout probably fifteen episodes of a film as the resolution do come out to play in the final episode. Wait, was their issues satisfactorily sorted out? Because I think more episodes may immerge soon just like it happened with "My Demon".
And what kind of romance did this movie portray without a kissing scene? Anyway, I love dramatic k-dramas but at least a kissing scene makes it more enjoyable to me. Hahaha.

Netflix me la ha sugerido pero mas que una serie, pensé que era un reality y esos de verdad que en Corea SON MALOS CON M DE MALOS😊. Coincido con la crueldad de sus personajes, pero son series muy buenas. Si me la vuelve a mandar, la veo. Gracias por tu reseña 😉.
