With this movie I think I have mental shocks about what is good and what is not but again I think again, calm down it is a movie but at the same time I think many young people watch movies and want to imitate everything they see. Why do I say it?
Let's see, while at school Veronica's group of friends tries to find out whose pregnancy test it is, she decides to confront her boyfriend and tell him what happened, to everyone's surprise the boyfriend knew that the contraceptive method had broken in the act and decided to keep quiet, besides that he hastily already had a ring ready to propose to her. All this happens at the beginning and we can see the irresponsible behavior of this boy by not mentioning what happened.
Con esta película creo que tengo choques mentales acerca de lo que está bien y de lo que no pero de nuevo vuelvo a pensar, calma es una película pero al mismo tiempo pienso muchos jóvenes ven películas y quieren imitar todo lo que ven. ¿Por qué lo digo?
Veamos, mientras en la escuela el grupo de amigas de Verónica trata de descubrir de quién es la prueba de embarazo, ella decide enfrentar a su novio y decirle lo sucedido, para sorpresa de todos el novio sabía que el método anticonceptivo se había roto en el acto y decidió quedarse callado, además de que él apresuradamente ya tenía un anillo listo para proponerle matrimonio a ella. Todo esto pasa al inicio y podemos ver el comportamiento irresponsable de este chico al no mencionar lo sucedido.

Verónica wanted to seek support from her boyfriend, but the type of support she was looking for was to have an abortion and when she saw that her boyfriend's response was not the same, she decided to leave and think of another crazy idea.
Veronica was sure of her decision, in this movie what we will see is how determined she is but we also see all the dangerous situations she gets into, with her childhood best friend Bailey. Veronica being desperate, she could only think of a person with a car capable of taking her through another state as long as she could have an abortion legally.
Verónica quería buscar apoyo con su novio, pero el tipo de apoyo que ella buscaba era para poder realizarse un aborto y al ver que la respuesta de su novio no era la misma decidió irse y pensar en otra idea loca.
Verónica estaba segura de su decisión, en esta película lo que observaremos es lo determinada que está ella pero también vemos todas las situaciones peligrosas en las que se mete, bueno ella y su mejor amiga de la infancia Bailey. Verónica al estar desesperada solo pudo pensar en una persona con un auto capaz de llevarla a través de otro estado con tal de poder realizarse un aborto de forma legal.
Despite the film being focused on Veronica, they also show us a bit of Bailey's life, who seems to be a weird girl and maybe a bit rebellious but we get to understand why as they show us a bit of her childhood. .
A pesar de la película estar enfocada en Verónica, también nos muestran un poco de la vida de Bailey, quien parece ser una chica rara y quizá un poco rebelde pero llegamos a entender el por qué a medida de que nos muestran un poco de su infancia.

La película en sí toca temas de la sexualidad, aborto, padres divorciados, parece un cóctel de lo que todo adolescente vive en su vida, además de los momentos de irresponsabilidad.
Watching the movie made me feel very anxious, because I feel like I really became a responsible adult, just seeing all the decisions they took made me go crazy, wanting to get on the screen and slap each one of them.
Ver la película me hizo sentir con mucha ansiedad, porque siento que ya realmente me convertí en una adulta responsable, el sólo hecho de ver todas las decisiones que tomaban me hacían enloquecer, querer entrar en la pantalla y darles una cachetada a cada una de ellas.
The thing about being a teenager is that they are often oblivious to the consequences of their actions. And when the repercussions come, they still don't handle it right.

There are some things we do as a teenager that is totally uncalled for but growing up, we begin to realize or feel that we should have done those things differently and that is where the feeling of regret comes in. Now, with this narration, I would love to watch the movie and see it myself , what Veronica turned out to be.

Hola amiga, esta película parece interesante para pasar el rato, pero, cuando esta leyendo tu reseña no pude evitar pensar en Mis Dos Vidas de Netflix, tiene una trama completamente diferente, pero, toca estos mismos temas que suelen ser tan controversiales, pero que cada día siento más necesario que se toquen.

Es una de esas películas donde la perspectiva de la protagonista, que es mujer, es realmente el centro de la trama. No sólo se trata de lo que esté "bien o mal", sino de cómo afectan al personaje principal. Desde ese punto de vista, me parece interesante la película ¿Está disponible en HBO Max? Creo que sí, entonces la veré. Estaba en busca de pelis de este tipo para ver y pasar el rato. Saludos, @josehany
