Despite their size, Cell Jr. are incredibly powerful and possess a similar set of abilities as their parent, including the ability to regenerate. They are known for their ruthless and aggressive nature, attacking and overpowering their opponents with ease. In the series, they serve as formidable adversaries for the heroes and play a significant role in the Cell Games saga.
I just changed the colour of his clothing to my taste and I kinda love it this way.
