This us Kakashi Hatake but I changed his colours on my own terms, the colour of his hair, his clothing and also the material tied to hist nose and mouth.
At some point I forgot it was Kakashi Iwas drawing because he looked like a whole new character but still recognized him because of the writings at the back of his wear.
This guy is one of the most wonderful characters in the anime world and I really love him and won't stop loving him.
