[Animation review] [Eng | Esp] Batman Hush | The man behind the symbol of justice
Welcome dear internet travelers lovers of the vigilante bat and thank you very much for making a temporary stop in another of my post, I have already reviewed several of the animated films from DC comics being that most are quite remarkable tapes with a good story to tell and that is the case of the film that brings us together today called "Batman Hush" which not only focuses on the hero of the night but also gives prominence to the one under the mask. Without more to add, get ready to go out at night and fight the crime we are about to begin.
Bienvenidos queridos viajeros del internet amantes del justiciero murciélago y muchas gracias por hacer una parada temporal en otro de mis post, ya he reseñado varios de los filmes animados procedentes de DC cómics siendo que en su mayoría son unas cintas bastante destacables con una buena historia que contar y ese es el caso de la película que hoy nos reúne llamada "Batman Hush" la cual no solo enfoca al héroe de la noche sino que también le da protagonismo al que está debajo de la máscara. Sin más que agregar prepárense para salir de noche y combatir el crimen que estamos por comenzar.
Batman Hush was released in 2019, is based on the comic of the same name, was directed by Justin Copeland and produced by Warner Bros. Animation, has a duration of 1 hour and 22 minutes. It is a story of action and superheroes, focuses on Batman fighting crime as always, however everything begins to be different when a new villain faces him from the shadows making his life impossible without him noticing. At the same time after a strong accident he decides to take his personal life a little more into account because he focused too much on the vigilante, this results in a double-edged sword because it gives him some mental clearance but it is also a weak point that an enemy can and will exploit.
Batman Hush fue estrenada en 2019, se encuentra basada en el comic homónimo, fue dirigida por Justin Copeland y producida por Warner Bros. Animation, cuenta con una duración de 1 hora y 22 minutos. Es una historia de acción y superhéroes, se enfoca a Batman combatiendo el crimen como siempre, sin embargo todo comienza a ser diferente cuando un nuevo villano le planta cara desde las sombras haciéndole la vida imposible sin que este se dé cuenta. Paralelamente tras un fuerte accidente decide tomar su vida personal un poco más en cuenta debido a que se centraba demasiado en el justiciero, esto resulta en un arma de doble filo debido a que le da cierto despeje mental pero también es un punto débil que un enemigo puede y va a explotar.

The animation is extremely pleasant, fluid and in general features is very well achieved, with its characteristic palette of dark colors that evokes that gloomy feeling that is always found surrounding Batman. As usual for DC films, animation manages to make the combats wonderful, memorable and extremely dynamic.
La animación es sumamente agradable, fluida y en rasgos generales está muy bien lograda, con su característica paleta de colores oscuros que evoca ese sentimiento sombrío que siempre se encuentra rodeando a Batman. Como es costumbre para los filmes de DC la animación logra hacer que los combates sean maravillosos, memorables y sumamente dinámicos.
The soundtrack unfolds as in the previous deliveries because it is an ideal accompaniment for the various moments of action that the film presents, in this case I can emphasize that it was nice that it was also in the background in moments of revelation or simply giving character to some scenes regardless of whether they were not especially remarkable.
La banda sonora se desenvuelve igual que en las previas entregas debido a que es un acompañamiento ideal para los diversos momentos de acción que presenta el filme, en este caso puedo destacar que fue agradable que la misma también estuviese de fondo en momentos de revelación o sencillamente dándole carácter a unas escenas sin importar que estás no fuesen especialmente destacable.
The construction of the world is pleasant since it shows different places of both Gothic city and Metropolis, at first this may not be really wonderful but as the plot of the plot is based on a search for someone results in something congruent; In turn, these scenarios have a good exploration and play an important role in the film making the setting relevant.
La construcción de mundo es agradable puesto que va mostrando diferentes lugares tanto de ciudad gótica cómo de Metrópolis, en un primer momento esto puede no ser realmente maravilloso pero como el argumento de la trama se basa en una búsqueda de alguien resulta en algo congruente; a su vez dichos escenarios tienen una buena exploración y juegan un papel importante dentro del filme haciendo que la ambientación sea relevante.
I would say that the most remarkable point of the plot is that it is not purely unbridled and constant action, it is allowed to have moments of relaxation in which the characters are focused to give them depth and an adequate focus, all this gives the narrative the possibility of being more flexible and intelligent by not depending on the moments of action to make the film interesting. The above is complemented by the twists very well achieved and that enriches the narrative with everything that is previously exposed before its use, that is why they feel so concordant and well executed making the film captivating.
Diría que el punto más destacable de la trama es que no es puramente acción desenfrenada y constante, se permite tener momentos de relajación en los que se enfoca a los personajes para darles profundidad y un foco adecuado, todo esto le da a la narrativa la posibilidad de ser más flexible e inteligente al no depender de los momentos de acción para hacer el filme interesante. Lo anterior se complementa con los giros de tuerca muy bien logrados y que enriquece a la narrativa con todo lo que se expone previamente antes de su uso, es por ello que se sienten tan concordantes y bien ejecutados haciendo que la película sea atrapante.
This is the strongest point of the animation, unlike other Batman productions here is given importance to the feeling of Bruce and his small social circle, exploring the reasons that have led him to be little social, presenting a protagonist more open to have a life without the suit that allows him to rest mentally from all the stress that this entails. All the above is completed with Catwoman who also shows to have matured if compared to his previous appearances, is a key character since it makes the dark knight question self-imposed loneliness and even makes him reflect on what really matters to him; It is necessary to emphasize that the synergy that these characters have is wonderful, very natural and interesting so their whole relationship is very organic. The villain on duty is oriented more by being mysterious, intelligent and planning, quite pleasant aspects for a villain who focuses on playing with the mind of the protagonist attacking him mostly from the psychological side, so it is more complex than those who only seek to sow chaos. The rest of the characters serve as a complement but are not really important.
Este es el punto más fuerte de la animación, a diferencia de otras producciones de Batman aquí se le da importancia al sentir de Bruce y a su reducido círculo social, explorando las razones que lo han orillado a ser poco social, presentándose un protagonista más abierto a tener una vida sin el traje que le permita descansar mentalmente de todo el estrés que este conlleva. Todo lo previamente mencionado se completa con Catwoman quien también evidencia haber madurado si se le compara con sus previas apariciones, es un personaje clave puesto que hace que el caballero de la noche se cuestione la soledad autoimpuesta e incluso lo hace reflexionar sobre lo que realmente le importa; es necesario destacar que la sinergia que tienen estos personajes es maravillosa, muy natural e interesante por lo que toda su relación es muy orgánica. El villano de turno se orienta más por ser misterioso, inteligente y planificador, aspectos bastante agradables para un villano que se enfoca en jugar con la mente del protagonista atacándolo mayormente desde la parte psicológica, por lo que es más complejo que los que solo buscan sembrar el caos. El resto de personajes fungen como complemento más no son realmente importantes.
Batman Hush is a pleasant film that does not seek the easy way out of only showing violence to be entertaining, it gives a lot of importance to its characters and the relationship they have, deepening in these both individually and together, thus capturing the difficulties that a relationship could have adding the extra weight of being a vigilante with a code. That is why it deserves a rating of 4 stars out of 7, a good film highly recommended if you want to see the most human and sensitive side of Batman.
Batman Hush es un filme agradable que no busca la salida fácil de solo mostrar violencia para ser entretenida, le da mucha importancia a sus personajes y a la relación que estos tienen, profundizando en estos tanto individualmente como en conjunto, plasmando así las dificultades que podría tener una relación sumando el peso extra de ser un justiciero con un código. Es por ello que merece una calificación de 4 estrellas de 7, un buen filme muy recomendado si se desea ver el lado más humano y sensible de Batman.
