[Movie review] [Eng | Esp] Superbad
Welcome my dear puberties from the Internet and thank you very much for having made a temporary stop in my post, there are films that have made meme and is the main reason why they have a greater affection of the collective, it is for this reason that I decided to see "Superbad" to confirm if it was only interesting for the memes or really is something that is worth seeing. Without more than add prepare to buy liquor being minors because we are about to start.
Bienvenidos mis queridos viajeros pubertos del internet y muchas gracias por haber hecho una parada temporal en mi post, hay filmes que se han hecho meme y está es la principal razón por la que tienen un cariño mayor del colectivo, es por esta razón que decidí ver "Superbad" para confirmar si la misma era solo interesante por los memes o verdaderamente es algo que vale la pena ver. Sin más que agregar prepárense para comprar licor siendo menores de edad pues estamos por comenzar.
Superbad was released in 2007, directed by Greg Mottola and produced by Columbia Pictures, has a duration of 1 hour and 54 minutes. It is a teen comedy, the story focuses on Seth and Evan a couple of lifelong friends who are about to graduate from high school, the drawback is in the fact that they are both virgins which is a problem according to Seth, the thing is that the latter catches Jules' attention, for his part, Evan has always been in love with Becca, both will have a chance to conquer their respective interests when they are invited to a party, the problem is that they must get liquor for it, it is here when his friend Fogell enters the scene because he assures that he will be able to get a fake ID, This trio of friends will embark on this adventure in order to stop being virgins.
Superbad fue estrenada en 2007, dirigida por Greg Mottola y producida por Columbia Pictures, cuenta con una duración de 1 hora y 54 minutos. Es una comedia adolescente, la historia se enfoca en Seth y Evan un par de amigos de toda la vida que están por graduarse de la secundaria, el inconveniente está en el hecho de que ambos son vírgenes lo que es un problema según Seth, el asunto es que este último llama la atención de Jules, por su parte, Evan siempre ha estado enamorado de Becca, ambos tendrán una oportunidad de conquistar a sus respectivos intereses cuando sean invitados a una fiesta, el problema es que deberán conseguir licor para la misma, es aquí cuando su amigo Fogell entra a escena debido a que este asegura que podrá conseguir una identificación falsa, este trío de amigos se embarcarán en esta aventura con tal de dejar de ser vírgenes.

The soundtrack is good as it goes, it has some interesting moments but this does not transcend the border of decent.
La banda sonora está bien dentro de lo que cabe, tiene algunos momentos interesantes pero esto no trasciende la frontera de lo decente.
The construction of the world has no relevance, it is only limited to putting on the table the typical school scenario with the typical stereotypes, in the best of cases it could be highlighted that the place where the various events take place is constantly changing, this reinforces the chaotic character that can be seen in its narrative.
La construcción de mundo no tiene relevancia, la misma solo se limita a poner sobre la mesa el típico escenario escolar con los típicos estereotipos, en el mejor de los casos se podría destacar que constantemente se va cambiando el lugar donde se desarrollan los diversos acontecimientos, esto refuerza el carácter caótico que se puede apreciar en su narrativa.
The plot is extremely stupid and funny, this combination makes the film feel entertaining. Narratively there is not much, the most that the film tries to build is a message about the importance of growing up and friendship, it is not the most complex thing in the world but it is all that is obtained, the above is not a problem because the film is oriented to be style over substance having a giant amount of stupid scenes, Funny moments and all kinds of silliness, it's this trinity that carries the weight of the movie, and, fortunately, they do it well enough that it doesn't feel boring at any time.
La trama es sumamente estúpida y divertida, esta combinación hace que la cinta se sienta entretenida. Narrativamente no hay mucho, lo más que se esfuerza el filme por construir es un mensaje sobre la importancia de crecer y la amistad, no es lo más complejo del mundo pero es todo lo que se obtiene, lo anterior no es un problema debido a que la cinta está orientada a ser estilo sobre sustancia teniendo una cantidad gigante de escenas estúpidas, momentos divertidos y toda clase de tonterías, es está trinidad la que lleva el peso de la película, y, afortunadamente, lo hacen lo suficientemente bien como para que la misma no se sienta aburrida en ningún momento.
The characters are quite meh, they fulfill specific roles and stand out more for the silly things they do throughout the film than for having some kind of interesting characterization, a product of the nature of the film, this ends up being a success.
Los personajes son bastante meh, cumplen roles específicos y destacan más por las tonterías que realizan a lo largo de la cinta que por tener alguna clase de caracterización interesante, producto de la naturaleza del filme, esto termina por ser un acierto.
Superbad is considered a cult film, this status is somewhat exaggerated for what it really has to offer but this categorization is understandable due to the number of stupid situations that serve to make memes, it is enjoyable most of the time so its function of entertaining is achieved. It is for all of the above that it deserves 3 stars out of 7, it is part of that group of movies that have so much stupidity to their credit that it is almost impossible for any of these not to make you smile at least.
Superbad es considerada una cinta de culto, dicho status es algo exagerado para lo que verdaderamente tiene para ofrecer pero es entendible dicha categorización por la cantidad de situaciones estúpidas que sirven para hacer memes, es disfrutable la mayor parte del tiempo por lo que su función de entretener está lograda. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 3 estrellas de 7, forma parte de ese grupo de películas que tienen tantas estupideces en su haber que es casi imposible que alguna de estas no te saque al menos una sonrisa.
