Sin más que agregar, prepárense para disparar sus armas en un mundo árido pues estamos por comenzar.

La animación es bastante agradable, estamos hablando de un anime que tiene casi 30 años y pese a ello logra verse bastante fluido de cara a los diferentes enfrentamientos que tiene en su haber, por otro lado, también logra verse sumamente vistosa cuando la situación lo amerita, cabe destacar que con esto no quiero decir que es una animación magnífica, al contrario, la misma tiene momentos en donde se ve bastante estática y acartonada, algo esperable por la antigüedad de la misma, no obstante, en los momentos importantes sabe dar la talla.

La banda sonora es sumamente hermosa, la misma cuenta con piezas muy emotivas que encajan perfectamente con los momentos más tristes que la animación alberga, siendo un elemento de suma importancia para hacer más impactante las situaciones emotivas, fuera de ello funge como un buen acompañamiento en líneas generales.

La trama es un elemento sumamente interesante, desde el vamos la misma tiene una excelente dosis de misterio, acción y momentos estúpidos, esta trinidad mantiene cautiva de forma muy prolija a la atención del espectador debido a que conforme la serie avanza se van dando datos tanto de forma directa como indirecta para que el espectador pueda tener las herramientas adecuadas para entender todo lo que va sucediendo y lo que sucedió, todo esto incluso antes de una explicación formal.

Narrativamente es un anime muy bien construido, establece una postura ideológica para su protagonista la cual contrarresta de forma muy clara con la naturaleza del mundo en sí misma que consta de violencia y muerte, a su vez, es un elemento que tiene peso narrativo debido a que en más de una ocasión el seguimiento de la misma solo trae sufrimiento y dolor, todo esto le da un carácter profundo a la narrativa debido a que constantemente se cuestiona sobre el valor de la vida, las segundas oportunidades y las acciones pensando en el bien mayor, todo esto le da una capa de complejidad muy interesante a la serie puesto que son elementos muy bien trabajados que sin lugar a dudas pondrá a pensar a cualquier espectador, aunado a lo anterior, existen múltiples momentos de tensión y acción los cuales hacen muy dinámica y entretenida a la serie, puede tener uno que otro episodio aburrido o que se sienta de relleno pero en líneas generales es muy disfrutable y no se hace tediosa de ver.

Sin lugar a dudas, este es uno de los apartados más interesantes de esta serie, partiendo por el protagonista se aprecia que es una representación excelente de alguien deprimido, que finge disfrutar de la vida pese a que está destruido por dentro, todo esto se ejemplifica perfectamente con el personaje debido a que su comportamiento va mejorando conforme la serie avanza, siendo la buena compañía lo que le ayuda a mejorar su estado mental, por otro lado, cada vez que sus ideales son rotos por el mismo o por alguien más carga con la culpa por ese hecho y en un estado mental deplorable, esto solo expone lo susceptible y frágil que es tanto el personaje como los ideales que defiende, ambas cosas son un acierto y hacen que este protagonista se sienta muy humano, a su vez, los principales personajes secundarios fungen como complemento y hacen un excelente trabajo tanto para contextualizar las acciones del protagonista como para servir como pilar emocional, si bien no tienen una caracterización tan buena cumplen de forma muy correcta con su rol. Es menester hacer una mención especial a Wolfwood debido a que es un personaje que tiene una muy buena caracterización, además, es la versión realista del protagonista, alguien que busca hacer el bien y defender a los más débiles, no obstante, a este no le tiembla el pulso para quitarle la vida a personajes que son unas lacras insalvables, esto genera conflicto con el pacifismo del protagonista y deja en evidencia de que sus proezas solo son posibles porque él es especial y tiene suerte, pese a esto este personaje intenta cambiar debido a que admira esa forma de resolver los problemas pero nunca consigue tener la magia del protagonista para lograr hacerlo.

Por último, es menester hablar tanto de las muertes como de los villanos, la serie logra hacer importantes las muertes de personajes irrelevantes, esto debido a que son consecuencia de las acciones del protagonista, desde el vamos siempre se utiliza como un elemento para cuestionar su negativa de asesinar y también afecta directamente al personaje debido a que se culpa por no ser lo suficientemente bueno para salvar a todos, a su vez, hay un personaje importante que muere y tiene un impacto profundo en el resto, además, su fallecimiento es producto de seguir la ideología de Vash, algo que hace que el espectador no solo sienta su muerte sino que acrecenté las dudas sobre si las decisiones basadas en la preservación de toda vida son las correctas, esto último se refuerza con todos los villanos que si bien no tienen una caracterización como tal, su función consta de evidenciar como la negativa del protagonista de asesinarlos pese a todos los actos atroces que cometieron solo produjo un sin número de desgracias y gente inocente sufriendo o muriendo.
Trigun may seem an anime with a simple theme, however, throughout its episodes there is a complex philosophical debate about the value of a life, this questioning about all lives are worth the same? They are elements that can make anyone who sees it can be questioned without a doubt, on the other hand, it has a good level of moments of action that are very enjoyable and that despite the limitations of the animation they are still very tense and interesting, if there is something to reproach him is that the villains only exist to make the protagonist miserable and do not have any kind of characterization so he feels something flat. It is for all the above that it deserves 4.5 stars of 7, although its villains feel somewhat empty that does not remove everything that has this series, completely recommended for those who not only want to see armed confrontations but also question the concept they have about “the value of a life” and cry for the death of some characters.
Trigun puede parecer un anime con una temática simple, no obstante, a lo largo de sus episodios existe un debate filosófico complejo sobre el valor de una vida, este cuestionamiento sobre ¿Todas las vidas valen lo mismo? ¿Merece alguien que causó mucho daño seguir viviendo? ¿Cuándo una vida vale menos que el bien de un colectivo? Son elementos que pueden hacer que cualquiera que la vea puede cuestionarse sin lugar a dudas, por otro lado, tiene un buen nivel de momentos de acción que son muy disfrutables y que pese a las limitaciones de la animación los mismos siguen siendo muy tensos e interesantes, si hay algo que reprocharle es que los villanos únicamente existen para hacer miserable al protagonista y no tienen ninguna clase de caracterización por lo que se siente algo planos. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 4.5 estrellas de 7, pese a que sus villanos se sienten algo vacíos eso no quita todo lo excelente que tiene esta serie, completamente recomendada para aquellos que no solo quieran ver enfrentamientos armados sino también cuestionarse el concepto que tengan sobre “el valor de una vida” y llorar por la muerte de algunos personajes.

Trigun me llamaba la atención por la historia que se planteaba, por su mundo, odiaba mucho que desde hace un tiempo le quiten lo épico a los protagonistas en muchas historias, poniéndolos en escenas bastante ridículas, un ejemplo exagerado es lo que pasa en Shadows.
Puedo empatizar que no es correcto abatir a todo los que le hagan frente al personaje, pero dejar con vida a un asesino que segara vida tras vida, mientras este en pie, es como ser cómplice de todos los asesinatos.
Comencé queriendo al personaje, pero, termine odiándolo un poco, no puedes salvarlos a todos, hay que decidir en momentos habrá un duelo fatal, puedes acertar o equivocarte, pero no hacer nada, es ser cómplice de los que hacen el mal.
En Trinity Blood, el personaje era pacifista también, pero llegado el momento, él sabía que un enfrentamiento final era la única forma de detener a los que causaban el daño, Vash nunca maduro ni entendió que no se puede vivir eternamente sin enfrentarse a un combate mortal, no en ese mundo.
Es una buena reseña, saludos.
El momentos más crítico de la mentalidad de Vash se da cuando tiene que obligatoriamente asesinar a otro personaje, sin embargo, más allá de hacerlo madurar y de tener alguna clase de crecimiento personal simplemente tiene un momento depresivo y un retroceso como personaje, siendo esta la razón por la que Trigun como seríe no obtuvo una calificación más alta. Por otro lado, Wolfwood es sin lugar a dudas mil veces mejor, una representación más realista de lo que es un personaje que lucha por la paz más no es pacifísta, además, tiene una evolución mucho más remarcada que el propi protagonista, no obstante, su creación me deja un sabor agridulce puesto que deja en evidencia la capacidad del creador de hacer un buen desarrollo de personaje pero su incompetencia para darselo a su protagonista, según se, en el manga la negligencia de Vash por su estúpido pacifismo causa aún más muertes, lo que solo lo deja aún peor parado como personaje al no aprender de sus errores.
