Recently I've watched the movie called “The Egyptian Love” and I have to tell you, it was one of the romantic drama films that will keep you glued to the screen all the way through. I knew I was in for an emotional, mysterious and intense event from the thumbnail alone. I saw it and can say that the movie really expressed those feelings.

The film charts a love story, with its lust, secrets, betrayals and emotional wounds. It's got this deep romantic feeling with some suspense as to what will happen next. It also had a special atmosphere, as the setting was Egypt. As a result, the desert scenes, pyramids, sunset and the lavish lifestyle enlivened the story making it more beautiful and attractive.

What I really liked about the movie was the dynamic between the characters. The film demonstrated that feelings could sometimes become complicated as things began to get secretive and desiring to make decisions. The man's role was played with great feeling. His face and voice would easily convey his anger, confusion, passion and heartbreak. The female character was also very good. Her enigmatic character throughout the film made the story more intriguing.

While I watched the film, I realised that besides being a romance, it was also about something else. It also discussed trust and the effects of some of their actions. I felt bad for the characters when it seemed they were profoundly distressed during certain scenes in the film. It has been moments in which I have been annoyed with some of the things that they've done, but it is also moments in which I understand them. This equilibrium created the realistic quality of the story.

I loved the cinematography of the film as well. Lighting, camera angles and close ups were beautiful. Some scenes were so cinematic that they appeared to be a photo had been captured. The use of dark red colour, golden sunset colour and shadows was quite good in the movie to form emotion and tension. The music also perfectly fit to the scenes. A well-balanced selection of music used to enhance the mood of the film in romantic moments and to raise the tension in serious scenes.

The pacing of the film was another aspect that I enjoyed. It wasn't too fast, it wasn't too slow. The plot was developed slowly, and the emotions of the characters were developed throughout the story. A few things were a bit predictable, especially if you've seen numerous romantic drama films, but the emotions were maintained and I was still entertained.

It was the chemistry of the two principal characters that I liked. They said a lot without uttering so many words: I could feel the pain and attraction between some of the scenes; very intense. The emotional connection aided the movie's carry.

I can't say it was a flawless film however. At times the story got a bit melodramatic for reality. There were choices that characters made which seemed superfluous and could have been done in a different manner. I would like a bit more development for a couple of side characters, who were important up front, but somewhat washed out in the wash for lack of development. But these minor things didn't spoil my fun.

The thing that stuck with me the most from the movie was the emotions that were being felt. It's a film that'll make you ponder on love, errors and human feelings. It illustrates the difficulties in relationships when trust starts to fail. I believe this movie would be a good choice for those who like emotional romances with suspense and a good dose of drama.

I liked watching it because it kept my emotions stirred up for the entire viewing. I wanted to know what would happen when it would all come to an end. There were moments that were heart-wrenching and moments that were passionate and beautiful. It made me think of watching a dramatic love story that has a bit of attraction and emotional turmoil.

Overall, I give “The Egyptian Love” a rating of 7.5/10. It's not the best film, but it is certainly fun, emotional, pretty and captivating. I think the acting, atmosphere and romance were the most compelling aspects of the film. This film is recommended for those who like romantic, mysterious, emotional and visually pleasing films.
