First of all please tell me, are you currently an employee or have you been one? What did you think of your boss? Did you think highly of them or did you look forward for the week to end to not see them any more?
I have had my share of good and bad bosses, and this movie really talked to me when I saw the title and description! A comedy about horrible bosses? Count me in!
Released in 2011, this movie blends workplace frustration, dark humor, and great performances from some amazing actors (I think one of them you may not recognize immediately)
I was surprised to see that even so many years later, people still watch it and its popularity is rising. Is it because the subject is a classic one?
The movie starts with a normal employee who is willing to put up with everything, even humiliation by his boss, for getting promoted after working years and years in this firm. Will he get promoted?
The second friend has a good boss and a bad boss (recognize them?) What will happen between them?
The third friend is doing a probably normal job, or is it? Jeniffer Aniston is in a role that will surprise you (sometimes maybe in a bit strange way)
Who are the three friends?
Nick, Kurt, and Dale are old friends, who are trapped in their job. Each of them works for a boss who makes their lives miserable in more than one ways. Manipulative, abusive,reckless, dangerous or even crossing professional boundaries constantly! Yes, they have all the bad boss qualities!
After one particular evening, the friends discuss the impossible: what if their terrible bosses simply disappeared? This starts as an innocent conversation but quickly evolves into a series of funny moments, misunderstandings, and laugh-out-loud moments that will not keep you bored (the least)

This story will definitely surprise you!
The characters many famous actors are in several roles are ordinary people making terrible decisions, and much of the comedy comes from watching their carefully planned ideas fall apart almost immediately.
Even when the story is about crime and suspense, it never loses its light and funny vibe.
Official rating is a 6.9/10 and i would definitely agree at a 6-6.5/10

There is a part 2!
I will try to watch it today, and even though usually the seconds parts are not so good, I think that it will be fun and pleasant for me to spend some relaxing time with a fun film!
