Elderly Abuse + fraudulent vulture like commercials on MeTv Kmvu-Dt 26.2

MeTv a.k.a Memorable Entertainment Television, had been airing commercials that target the same elderly people that are interested in watching the classics on MeTv such as: The Walton's, Perry Mason, Dragnet, Adam 12, Bonanza, Matlock, The Andy Griffith Show, Have gun will travel, Highway Patrol, The Adams Family, The A Team, Wagon Train, The Rifleman, Gunsmoke, Laverne and Shirley, Svengoolie, etc

The commercials that I am talking about specifically are for products and services from; Colonial Penn Life Insurance 1 800-617-4442, Norton Antivirus & LifeLock, The Sola Wave Solarbar, Hurricane lint lizard, super beats 1 800 785 6756 superbeatsdeal.com, lipozene, and a few others that I can't remember the name off the top of my head but the next time I see them I plan to record them.

Below I will list the characteristics of the elderly that these commericals manipulate intentionally for the purposes of making a sale in a dishonest manor. It is also worth noting now that when making these phone calls I have and use ACR Phone which is short for Automatic Call Recorder Phone. It is published on the play store by NLL labs and can be found for download at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.cb
I can and will post my recordings publicly for download on Google Drive or 4shared, maybe as a torrent, whatever anyone may need. However I have made sure to provide phone numbers for the commercials as well as websites included on their commercials and I would request you also call for yourself to get more instances that will be presentable in a court of law to hold these predators accountable.

I also use the services of web archive https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.archive.waybackmachine
To make documentation is fraudulent websites that are often changed or taken down, making them harder to bring to justice. I highly suggest and ask that you try it out and make an archive anytime you see something fishy.

Colonial Penn Life Insurance: In the television broadcasts in the Southern Oregon Area, specifically the Rogue Valley, which is known for being a retirement community, features commercials for a $9.95 End of life insurance plan. Jonathan Lawson is featured on air with an official title of "Insurance Professional & Loyal Employee of 16 years." He explains that anyone who is 50-85 can sign up immediately, with no medical check, no denials for preexisting conditions, lifetime rate lock guarantee at $9.95. They explain clearly the high costs of end of life services and that your family can get stuck with a bill for $10,000 or more if you don't plan now for your funeral costs. "With the possibility of enough to leave your family with something when you go." So which to me already seems shady because there's no way these people are going to live long enough that their $9.95/month premiums will be paid enough for the company to ever draw a profit while covering the $10,000 in expenses they act like they are going to. So I try to call the phone number on the commercial 1 800-617-4442 with the expectation that they are going to try and sell me a plan of some sort that actually costs $300/mo and that the $9.95 plan is going to only cover like $600 in expenses. To my surprise the first time I call I get the pre-recorded message thanking me for calling Colonial Penn with a man's voice, and says that your call will be answered in the order it is received. My call then disconnected. I called several more times to try and get my, "free no obligation information and guidance guide" to be connected to an elderly sounding woman who identifies herself as "Mary" and proceeds to act as if she can't hear anything you are saying and the call disconnects. I think it is a pre-recorded message that they play for anyone with a phone number not included on their white list of numbers that they have picked out of the phone book + associated with numbers likely to be from genuine elderly people. When I look up the Colonial Penn Company the phone number listed as the customer service department on Google is +1 877-877-8052 and what I so far believe is the real phone number for the company.

**The Sola Wave SolaBar https://web.archive.org/web/20220716101749/https://solawave.co/ https://web.archive.org/web/20220406083702/https://solawave.co/pages/about https://web.archive.org/web/20220709072357/https://solawave.co/pages/science https://web.archive.org/web/20220716102539/https://shopsolawave.com/ ** is the biggest rip off ever. The "legitimate" Sola Wave site features a "science" tab that redirects to a page that shows the current items in your shopping cart. The rest of the site obviously offers no science behind the wrinkle fighting power of red light therapy, micro current vibrations, warming shitazu massage like treatment. I'll let you decide for yourself. Check out the web archives I made or check the sites themselves.

I will end here for now and if enough people say they would have interest in the specifics of more commercials. Or if anyone has any questions or ideas on bringing these vultures to justice then let's talk about it.
