[Movie] [Movie] Satluj (2026) Where Cinema Meets Reality
![
Satluj has left me speechless. This is not simply a movie but rather an experience you carry with you even after its end.
All the actors have shown fantastic performances, giving their characters so much depth and truthfulness that all emotions they show are shared with you. In 2 hours and 40 minutes, I've been fully immersed into the story, waiting for the next twist of the plot. Nothing happened unnecessarily slowly or superfluously.
It is an incredible powerful, heart-breaking and thought-provoking story revealing the problems, pain and reality of Punjab in the most honest way possible.
Though this film is forbidden in India, it can be easily found in a lot of other countries. Despite different views on the issue, I think that it should be seen and discussed anyway. If you like movies which touch your heart and mind, then it's the one you definitely shouldn't miss.
Rating: 100/100

A few days back, I came to know that the movie was banned in India. I found it ironical, like what are they even afraid of? It exposes their wrong doings clearly. I still have to watch it tho, maybe this weekend.
Strongly recommended. You should watch this movie and you will come to know why india ban this 😊
