CONTEST: 3 TV Shows That I Love

There are many different genres of tv shows. Some are family-oriented, like The Simpsons, while others are more crime-oriented, like Hannibal. Whether you enjoy dark comedies or killer-for-hire type shows, there's a tv show for you!

The Witcher

source

I haven't seen every episode yet, but I've read enough of "The Witcher" to know what to expect. The premise is that a monster hunter-for-hire goes on a quest to find a missing girl. But the show's central plot is so interesting that I'm willing to skip episodes that are less compelling. I've even skipped two episodes of "Game of Thrones" to watch another season of "The Witcher."

The Witcher has a sexy feel to it. Although many characters question whether or not monsters exist, the show does a good job of making them appear. The Witcher portrays its characters as a mixture of sexy and sexist. Many of the Blaviken people doubt the existence of witchers. They view Geralt as an opportunist, taking advantage of people's irrational fears.

The Witcher uses Henry Cavill to great effect, but the show is not about Cavill alone. There are a variety of supporting characters that are equally interesting. Ciri (Freya Allan) is a teen princess who has mysterious powers and Yennefer (Anya Chalotra), a witch with a hunchback. I highly recommend the series to fans of fantasy.

Hannibal

If you're looking for a show to watch, I can't recommend Hannibal enough. I adore the acting of Gillian Anderson and Laurence Fishburne, and it's a true joy to see the show's nefarious, evil mastermind bring to life. The supporting cast is also superb: Zachary Quinto, Laurence Fishburne, and Richard Armitage are all utterly fantastic.

Although Hannibal was originally a prequel to Tom Harris's books, it is not necessary to read them to appreciate this show. Its first season features characters from those books, but the show still veers from them in ways that make it unique and different. The first season also has the best twists, as the series reaches its climax with an explosive, shocking, and memorable episode.

The show's creators, Bryan Fuller and David Slade, knew that Hannibal was at risk of cancellation. If the show wasn't renewed, the season finales would serve as series finales. The season finales left viewers wanting more and spawned the second season. It's a perfect example of a "cult" show.

The Mandalorian

The Mandalorian is a great example of crossover success, with simple storylines, stunning details, and a charming co-star. I also like the intense HBO Max original, Raised by Wolves, executive-produced by Ridley Scott. It follows a team of androids that raise human children on a desert planet, and explores issues such as religion and parenting.

I'm a huge fan of science fiction shows, and I can't wait to see what season two has to offer. I'm looking forward to seeing more of The Mandalorian, and I'm definitely going to check it out. It's already available on Netflix and Disney+, so why not get started? I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

The Mandalorian is a great series that adds to the Star Wars universe without relying on preexisting characters or storylines. The show takes Star Wars semantics and applies them to the classic television monster-of-the-week model. The show is fun, engaging, and Star Wars-y enough to satisfy any fan. I'm glad that I discovered this series a few years ago. I hope that The Mandalorian will continue to grow!

The Mandalorian is set five years after the events of the original Star Wars trilogy, which makes it a great addition to the Star Wars universe. The main character, Pedro Pascal, is a mercenary and former soldier. He was put on ice for several years and has returned in a different body. He works as a detective and a loner, running jobs for people on various planets, including hostile ones.

I tell you that the "El Brujo" series is the best, the bomb, the best of the best, I paid Netflix for a month and I got that series immediately, I loved it for the whole plot, the attraction of the protagonists also that there is sorcery, super cool special effects.

I love it but it only has 2 seasons if I remember correctly, I'm waiting for the other season to come out since it definitely left me wanting to see more.

Hello @lett i enjoyed reading the witcher's series so much that the TV series itself. You know books are always better than visuals so I can understand why you said other characters where not really focused on.

I tried watching the Witcher and I enjoyed a few scenes but I just couldn't keep up. It wasn't as amazing as all the hype made it out to be. Maybe I went in with too much expectation.
