Gary Oldman.

He to me is an all-around actor; one who is able to bring everything to life with his performances; one of the greatest actors in contemporary cinema, capable of playing diverse and complex roles with unique mastery and dedication.
Born in London in 1958, he began his career in the theater, where he showed his talent and passion for acting.
The British theatrical tradition is one of the oldest and most prestigious in the world, boasting names such as Shakespeare, Marlowe, Shaw, Wilde and many others. British actors train in renowned schools such as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art or the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where they learn the techniques and nuances of acting on stage. Many of them begin their careers in the theater, where they try their hand at classical or modern plays, dramatic or comic, and engage with live audiences.
Gary Oldman graduated in 1979 from the Rose Bruford School of Speech and Drama.
His first major role was as Sid Vicious, the leader of the Sex Pistols, in the 1986 film Sid and Nancy.
Since then, he has worked with famous directors such as Francis Ford Coppola, Oliver Stone, Christopher Nolan, and Joe Wright. He has won numerous awards and honors, including an Oscar for his performance as Winston Churchill in The Darkest Hour in 2017.

Gary Oldman's most significant films are:

Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992): in this film, Gary Oldman plays Count Dracula, the famous vampire created by Bram Stoker. For this role, Oldman had to radically change his physical appearance, wearing prosthetics, contact lenses, and wigs. He also studied the dialect and history of Transylvania, the region where the character comes from. His performance was appreciated by both audiences and critics, who praised his ability to make the character both fascinating and frightening at the same time.

For this role, Oldman ad to adopt a Russian accent and a cruel, ruthless personality. His performance was considered one of the most memorable in the thriller genre, and he made the character a martyr, who dies or suffers for his beliefs, even if they are questionable or intolerable to others.
