Bienvenidos mis queridos cine maniacos a otra de mis publicaciones de películas.
En esta ocasión te presentó una gran serie que consta de 4 temporadas, llena de mucha acción, toma de decisiones y por supuesto, drama, aventura y medieval.
Dicha serie se llama The Last Kingdom, donde veremos a un buen actor de esta serie llamado Alexander Dreymon interpretando el papel de Uhtred, un hombre sin miedo a la muerte y respeto a los antiguos dioses vikingos.
Welcome, my dear movie maniacs, to another of my movie posts.
This time I present you a great series that consists of 4 seasons, full of a lot of action, decision-making and of course, drama, adventure and medieval.
This series is called The Last Kingdom, where we will see a good actor of this series called Alexander Dreymon playing the role of Uhtred, a man without fear of death and respect for the ancient Viking gods.
Historia
La historia es simple de comprender, ya que van directo a la trama de la historia y desde el principio te explican el porqué de las cosas.
Se centra en Inglaterra, donde existían muchos reinos donde por la avaricia del hombre se declaran la guerra unos contra otros para así dominar gran parte de Inglaterra, aquí los problemáticos eran los Vikingos, quienes no son hombres de estar en armonía por mucho tiempo, estos hombres solo desean una sola cosa, y es la guerra, pero solo hay un rey que siempre busca la forma de llevar la paz ante sus vecinos, pero es lo que llevara a tener grandes complicaciones en el futuro.
Pero Uhtred por suerte está aquí para poder ayudarlo a tener esa paz que tanto quiere, pero todos sabemos que la paz no dura para siempre con los Vikingos merodeando por los alrededores.
History.
The story is simple to understand, since they go straight to the plot of the story and from the beginning they explain to you the reason of the things.
It focuses on England, where there were many kingdoms where the greed of man declared war against each other in order to dominate much of England, here the troublemakers were the Vikings, who are not men to be in harmony for long, these men only want one thing, and that is war, but there is only one king who is always looking for ways to bring peace to their neighbors, but it is what will lead to great complications in the future.
But Uhtred luckily is here to help him get the peace he wants, but we all know that peace does not last forever with the Vikings roaming around.
El rey sabio
El rey Alfredo interpretado por David Dawson quien sin lugar a dudas ha dado vida al papel de este personaje, un hombre recto y correcto donde su palabra es final.
Me encanto este personaje, ya que este rey no es como otros que hemos visto antes, a quien escucha las palabras malévolas de sus consejeros reales, no, este rey es el más legítimo y respetado por todos los ciudadanos de todo su reino, él siempre anda atento a las indicaciones de los demás, pero solo él es quien toma la decisión final.
Pero sus creencias religiosas es lo que convierte a Uhtred en rebelde para no tolerar todas las órdenes de su rey y sus decisiones, ya que es muy misericordioso con quien no debe serlo, provocándole muchas traiciones bajo las espaldas con el rey.
The wise king.
King Alfred played by David Dawson who without a doubt has given life to the role of this character, a straight and correct man where his word is final.
I loved this character, because this king is not like others we have seen before, who listens to the evil words of his royal advisors, no, this king is the most legitimate and respected by all the citizens of his kingdom, he is always attentive to the indications of others, but only he is the one who makes the final decision.
But his religious beliefs are what makes Uhtred rebellious to not tolerate all the orders of his king and his decisions, as he is very merciful to those who should not be, causing many betrayals under his back with the king.
Batallas épicas
Puede que en esta serie no encontremos peleas épicas como las que fue en Game Of Throne, pero si tiene algo un poco diferente, y es sangre, más de lo normal y las escenas de peleas, sobre todo las estrategias que implementa Uhtred en cada una de ellas.
Pero en ninguna de ellas pierde una batalla, la sed de lucha de todos los guerreros es impresionante y los duelos son demasiado geniales, una de las mejores series medievales que he visto, podría ponerlo en el puesto número 2, ya que de primero está Game Of Throne.
En esta serie sí que se usan mucho los escudos para poder defenderse, eso de usar una sola espada contra un ejército es como buscarse la misma muerte, aquí son un poco más realistas a la hora de las luchas.
Epic Battles
Maybe in this series we don't find epic fights as it was in Game Of Throne, but it does have something a little different, and it's blood, more than usual and the fight scenes, especially the strategies that Uhtred implements in each one of them.
But in none of them he loses a battle, the thirst for fighting of all the warriors is impressive, and the duels are too cool, one of the best medieval series I've seen, I could put it in the number 2 position, since the first is Game Of Throne.
In this series they do use a lot of shields to defend themselves, using a single sword against an army is like looking for death itself, here they are a little more realistic when it comes to the fights.
La solución a los problemas
Si antes pensabas que en la antigüedad un tratado de paz significaba sentarse y conversar sobre el problema, déjame decirte que no lo es.
Aquí la paz reinaba cuando todos los enemigos fueran masacrados en la zona de guerra, sin armas de fuego ni catapultas, todo era con espadas, masas, escudos y flechas, donde solo los más fuertes sobreviven.
Pero como siempre menciono al personaje principal de esta gran historia llamado Uhtred, cabe destacar que este hombre, a pesar de ser un Vikingo y tener creencias sobre los antiguos dioses, siempre respetaba la creencia de su rey Alfredo, Uhtred a pesar de ser un Vikingo es como un entrenador de Reyes y es un hombre muy respetado en la gran parte de Inglaterra, por tener siempre la victoria en todas las guerras que ha habido en el pasado, y por ende la solución a los problemas del rey.
The solution to problems.
If you thought before that in ancient times a peace treaty meant sitting down and talking about the problem, let me tell you that it is not.
Here peace reigned when all enemies were slaughtered in the war zone, no firearms or catapults, everything was with swords, masses, shields and arrows, where only the strongest survive.
But as I always mention the main character of this great story called Uhtred, it should be noted that this man, despite being a Viking and have beliefs about the old gods, always respected the belief of his king Alfred, Uhtred despite being a Viking is like a trainer of Kings and is a very respected man in much of England, for always having the victory in all the wars that have been in the past, and therefore the solution to the problems of the king.
La verdadera amistad
Para Uhtred sus guerreros Vikingos son como sus hermanos, ya que solo ellos pueden defenderlo durante una guerra, pero el que es casi hermano de sangre es Finan interpretado por Mark Rowley, un hombre a quien le salvo la vida a Uhtred en el pasado y puede que se gane el corazón de muchos por la lealtad que le tiene a su comandante y jefe Uhtred.
En esta historia encontraremos un poco de todo, problemas con la familia real, problemas entre hermanos, ver morir a personajes que quizás se ganen el corazón de muchos, desearle la muerte a otros... un poco de todo.
Si eres fanático de historias como esta te recomiendo verla, las ambientaciones son asombrosas, el entorno donde se desarrolla la historia es interesante, tiene personajes carismáticos, buenas peleas, combates a muerte y una pequeña pizca de brujería.
Siendo honesto y sincero, sin revelar nada de espóiler, el final fue como un poco extraño para mí, quede con ganas de ver más y no sé si habrá más temporadas, aunque se menciona que la serie fue finalizada, y es ahí donde te podrás imaginar como terminara todo luego de las decisiones finales para poder tener paz en Inglaterra.
Espero que esta reseña haya sido de tu agrado y espero que te animes a verla, si eres fanático a este mundo medieval te encantara.
Cada capítulo tiene una duración aproximada a 1 hora, al ver una no pararás de ver y cuando te des cuenta ya te abras terminado la serie en un abrir y cerrar de ojos jajaja.

For Uhtred his Viking warriors are like his brothers, since only they can defend him during a war, but the one who is almost blood brother is Finan played by Mark Rowley, a man who saved Uhtred's life in the past and may win the hearts of many for the loyalty he has to his commander and chief Uhtred.
In this story we will find a little bit of everything, problems with the royal family, problems between brothers, seeing characters die who may win the hearts of many, wishing death to others... a little bit of everything.
If you are a fan of stories like this I recommend you to watch it, the settings are amazing, the environment where the story takes place is interesting, it has charismatic characters, good fights, death matches and a little bit of witchcraft.
Being honest and sincere, without revealing any spoilers, the ending was a bit strange for me, I was left wanting to see more, and I don't know if there will be more seasons, although it is mentioned that the series was finished, and that's where you can imagine how everything will end after the final decisions to have peace in England.
I hope this review has been to your liking and I hope you are encouraged to watch it, if you are a fan of this medieval world you will love it.
Each chapter has an approximate duration of 1 hour, when you see one you will not stop watching and when you realize you've already finished the series in the blink of an eye hahaha.
