NARUTO: A Long Overdue Review

Most people prefer Goku to Naruto, but not me, because why not?

I never really did count Goku as an anime, feels like watching a cartoon, anime are supposed to be mature and stuff, but I've seen Goku since I was like a kid, and it still looked like a cartoon to me.
Naruto was my first anime and it's definitely goat for me, the plot and characters are OG.

The storyline
The anime is about a kid whose parent died at birth due to the attack of the nine tails, his father Minato decided to seal the nine tails in his own son, later after a few years when he grew up, people mocked him and cursed him as if he was the nine tails himself, then he had a friend or you could call him rival, they attended the same ninja school and sooner Sasuke felt the need for power and he abandoned the village, Sasuke's story is way crazier than Naruto's because his entire clan and parents were killed by his own older brother for some reasons, I've said enough, if you haven't watched Naruto, trust me, its a must watch.

What I liked and disliked
I like the fact that the movie is diverse and has a lot of plotting, but the flaws of the fact that it's unnecessarily long😖
Naruto and Naruto Shippuden combined is like 700+ episodes, but it could have been shortened to about 300 or 400+. A lot of episodes are very unnecessary, I guess its all to make the anime long, but in my opinion, it could've been less much.

Standout Performance
Itachi is my favorite character in Naruto

This guy mastered the whole concept of Genjutsu and has that aura farming look, and once he opens up his Sharingan, it's game over. His death was sad, though, could've lived though, but I guess that's the perks of being an Akatsuki.

Speaking of Akatsuki, why are the members so OP? Pain could single-handedly wipe out the whole Hidden Leaf if Naruto wasn't there.

Overall rating
I'd rate this anime 8.5/10, could've been a 10/10 if it wasn't for the unnecessary episodes.
