This is the LOLZ Defi report for 3/6/2022. This is an automated report. All liquid Hive from this post will be used to buy and burn LOLZ. Token earnings will be staked to increase curation value.

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Haven't had much to say about the last two reports because everything has been working like clockwork. Same with today.

No new Headliners since my last review but we have a few that are getting close.

What is LOLZ Defi?

LOLZ Defi is a way to earn passive income on the Hive Blockchain and includes three components.

  • LOLZ Curation
  • LOLZ Farming
  • LOLZ Dividends

Each component works together to provide value to LOLZ users, delegators, and holders. Learn more about how LOLZ Defi works in our Introduction to LOLZ Defi post.

LOLZ Farming Basics

Farm LOLZ tokens by delegating Hive tokens to the LOLZ Curation bots (HIVE delegation coming soon!). We are rewarding delegators with LOLZ tokens equal to 110% of the value of the curation rewards received from their delegation.

To start farming LOLZ, delegate the following tokens to the associated curation bot.

Curation Earnings

The following table summarizes the LOLZ Curation earnings for the last 24 hours. The APR shown is calculated by dividing the daily earnings by the amount of tokens staked and delegated multiplied by 365 days. The APR for each token changes daily based on the earnings achieved. Note the APRs shown DO NOT include the 10% bonus paid to LOLZ farmers.

Dividends

Forty percent of curation earnings are paid out as dividends to LOLZ Headliners (holders of 512 or more LOLZ) on a pro-rated basis weekly. Currently, dividends are paid out for two tokens per day, such that all pool rewards are paid out once per week.

This is a farming report for those who delegate their Hive Engine tokens to the respective LOLZ accounts. Do this to earn more tokens (and to appear here). :)

I did not understand well, what token do I have to delegate? because the LOLz token can only be sent not delegated

You can delegate any of the Hive Engine tokens that are mentioned in this report... CTP, SPORTS, etc. Go back up and take a look.

You need 512 LOLZ tokens to be a headliner and receive dividends. To be on the other lists you have to delegate the respective tokens to there corresponding bots. I.E. CINE token to the @lolz.cine bot.

Then I do not receive any dividends from the Token that delegates him, I only receive the Token Lolz for doing so, it's like that? I mean what wins by voting those token, because right now I only receive Lolz but I also understand that it has to happen 7 days so that this happens, is it?

Yes, you only receive LOLZ tokens in return for delegations. But 110% of the value that your delegations would have given you. And you can do as you like with these !LOLZ tokens; collect in an attempt to become a headliner; or sell them for hive; or convert them to the hive token of your choice.

Thank you very much for the clarification, but then this system does not interest me since for any reason you sell the tokens you have, the price of LOLz would not be worth anything, and I earn more voting than what I receive in LOLz, greetings and thank you very much

As you will notice, LOLZ is in fact the most valuable tip token on hive.

Thanks for your interest. Just a couple of things to consider.

Regarding earning more voting on your own, our bots are pretty efficient and make pretty good returns, typically better than a person can earn voting. Add to that we are paying out 110% of the value of our earnings in LOLZ tokens and chances are good you would earn more delegating than you would voting on your own.

2nd, the LOLZ rewards are 100% liquid. After collecting your rewards, you can sell the LOLZ and swap for what ever token you prefer that day.

Thank you for your understanding, but as you realized, I removed all the tokens that your accounts delegate to you, but I have been thinking that I do not lose anything by delegating tokens every week to all your accounts, and I wanted to ask you also, if I delegate sp to your general account or to the account that you tell me, I also win token LOLz for it?

We haven't gotten setup for rewarding Hive delegations yet, but have it at the top of our To Do list. So please hold off on that for now.

Regarding token delegations, what ever you feel comfortable with is the best. We are happy to have your delegations, but also happy if you prefer to curate manually.
