My opinion about the movie: V for Vendetta [ENG/ESP]
Hello, friends. Today I want to talk to you about a movie that despite being a few years old I just watched. A very pleasant experience, I'm talking about "V for Vendetta".
Some time ago I watched La Casa de Papel, a series that I enjoyed very much, and this movie from the very first minute manages to make a reference to it, even though this film was made years before. Why does it feel so familiar to me? Undoubtedly, it's not because of the heists, but because of the unmistakable masks that characterize both productions.

Hace ya algún tiempo vi La Casa de Papel, una serie que disfruté muchísimo, y esta película desde el primer minuto logra que haga referencia de ella, aunque esta producción cinematográfica se haya hecho años antes. ¿Por qué me es tan familiar? Indiscutiblemente no es por los robos, sino por las inconfundibles máscaras que caracterizan ambas producciones.
The intrigue managed to captivate me from the beginning, as the mystery is not only in the events of the movie, but in V, the protagonist; whom we never see his face. That impulse of revenge, of freedom, and of mystery surrounding the main character made me feel empathy for V. I could say it's the closest thing between a science fiction superhero and one from real life. It focuses on the struggle between freedom and the state. A cinematic work that offers romance, action, and intrigue in an uncommon way. The power struggle and authoritarianism are aspects that are not lost in this film when it comes to show the political background of this film.
La intriga logró atraparme desde el inicio, ya que el misterio no solo está en los sucesos de la película, sino en V, el protagonista; a quien nunca vemos su rostro. Ese impulso de venganza, de libertad y de misterio que rodea al personaje principal, hice que sienta empatía por V. Pudiera decir que es lo más cercano entre un superhéroe de ciencia ficción y uno de la vida real. Se centra en la lucha entre la libertad y el estado. Una obra cinematográfica que ofrece romance, acción e intriga de una forma poco vista. La lucha de poder y el autoritarismo, son aspectos que no se pierden en esta película a la hora de hacer ver el trasfondo político de esta.
What fascinates me most about this movie is its depth and complexity. It's not just about impressive action scenes (though there are, and many), but it also addresses very relevant political and social themes. From the manipulation of the media to the fight for individual rights. "V for Vendetta made me reflect on the world we live in and the power governments have over us. It even went a bit further, prompting comparisons with existing dictatorships today.
Lo que más me fascina de esta película es su profundidad y complejidad. No se trata solo de escenas de acción impresionantes (aunque las hay, y muchas), sino que también aborda temas políticos y sociales muy relevantes. Desde la manipulación de los medios de comunicación hasta la lucha por los derechos individuales. "V for Vendetta me hizo reflexionar sobre el mundo en el que vivimos y el poder que tienen los gobiernos sobre nosotros. Se logra mezclar de forma hábil y eficiente características que buscamos en una buena película. Logró algo más que entretenerme, ya que no solo disfruté las escenas de acción. Tiene tanto que ofrecer que quizás pude perderme algún detalle. Cada momento está perfectamente organizado, como un juego de ajedrez.
Tiene un guión bastante profundo, en el cual hay que poner atención a los diálogos para comprender de forma efectiva el desenlace, ya que el misterio y el suspenso son parte de la trama.
It would be unfair not to mention the charisma and chemistry between the main characters, especially between V (Hugo Weaving) and Evey, portrayed by Natalie Portman. Their relationship is complex and heartfelt, adding depth to the plot.
The special effects in this film are impressive, providing memorable moments. From the iconic mask that comes to life with expressiveness and mystery, to the spectacular explosions. Additionally, the special effects help establish the gloomy atmosphere.
But perhaps the touch of elegance is complemented by the soundtrack. Most of the music was written by Dario Marianelli, who has won multiple awards. But the icing on the cake is Tchaikovsky's Ouverture 1812.
Sería injusto no mencionar el carisma y la química entre los personajes principales, especialmente entre V (Hugo Weaving) y Evey, interpretada por Natalie Portman. Su relación es compleja y conmovedora, añadiéndole profundidad a la trama.

Para mi es una obra política que logra cumplir su objetivo de forma magistral. Una película que merece ser vista una y otra vez. Ya sea por su abundante acción, sus temas profundos o sus personajes memorables, siempre encontraré algo nuevo que me sorprenderá.

Excellent movie, I really like how it portrays totalitarian governments, V character has a fancy behavior that I find really cool.
